Disconnecting the water mains from the delivery line of submersible motor and pumping sets,including disconnecting electric connections, lifting & taking out HDPE/GI/UPVC column pipes 80/100/110 mm dia bore, submersible cable and defective submersible pumping set with connected cage,seperating pump and motor for repair purpose,etc. for necessary repairs (Repairs to be measured and paid for separately under respective items here in after) ,re-assembling pump and motor after repairslowering of repaired / replaced HDPE/GI/UPVC column pipes 80/100/110mm dia bore, submersible cable, submersible pumping sets complete in bore well, jointing of submersible cable, reconnecting delivery line to water mains, testing for satisfactory running and continuous flow of water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for transporting defective MS/GI column pipes to workshop, cutting both ends of GI/MS Pipes 80/100 mm dia, approximately 10 feet long, removing worn out portions,threading at both ends, welding of new socket 80/100mm dia at one end, welding of MS three nuts of size 5/8" dia at both ends for hold fastening the column pipes, bringing back to site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for unserviceable MS nuts, bolts and washers of any size & length as required at site and as directed for hold fastening column pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Transporting defective submersible motor of any make and capacity of 30 to 50 HP to workshop, material & labour for dismantling motor, taking out burnt copper winding of stator,cleaning the casing and stator with wire brush and cleaning the surface, rewinding the motor using super enameled insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge, insulating & drying , complete re-assembling the motor to its original form after replacement of defective parts and testing for satisfactory run, bringing back to site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :(i) Supply & fix in replacement of defective parts and remetaling, turning & polishing of motor shaft shall be measured and paid separately under respective items her in after. (ii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to include the cost for replacement of minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, etc

Material & labour for remetalling turning & polishing of motor shaft of submersible motor of capacity 30 to 50 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(Note - (i) The original parts as provided by the manufacturer only be used in the work. (ii) The work is to be carried out on the motors dismantled under item No 4 above) : -

Supply & fix in replacement of suitable size of cage (approximately weight 30Kg each), fabricated out of mild steel flat iron 50 X 6 mm to hold the submersible pumping set alongwith motor safely as per existing pattern and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-The work is to be carried out on the pumps & motors dismantled under item No 1 above).

Supply & fix in replacement of PVC air release valve 25 mm bore with & including required length & size of PVC/GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of submersible flat copper stranded cable 1100 Volt grade of size 25 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for mild steel bore well cap for existing bore hole size in two parts 10mm thick with cable/column pipe entry system and locking arrangements and welding works as in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the electric connection of the defective electric motor of any make from panel board, disconnecting from centrifugal pumping set, Transporting to work shop and dismantling motor, taking out burnt copper winding of stator, cleaning the casing stator with wire brush, repair to rotor by turning , polishing and turning, rewinding the motor using PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge bringing back to site of work, reconnecting electrical connection , recoupled with centrifugal pumping set, testing for satisfaction running to the satisfactory of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following capcities of motors : - Note: (i) Rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of minor spares like gland, grease, nut bolts and major spares required for work shall be measured and paid separately and rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of fixing charges of major new spares under this item. (ii) Contractor should visit site before quoting the rates. (iii) Cost of transportation shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (iv) While taking out pump for repairs , the contractor shall make arrangement for pluging suction and discharge line with dead flanges without extra cost, so that pumping of installation is not disturbed and there is no leakage of water.

Disconnecting the Centrifugal pump of following capacity of any make and model from motor and all water /electrical connections and removing/taking up from foundation, taking to civil authorised dealer workshop for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by changing the defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc. complete. Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i). Stator assembly, Rotor assembly, body,Ball bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate & stuffing box packing, Cooling tube with Banjo nut, O ring, Shoulder ring , Gasket Packing, Vent valve, Gland rope and Set of rubber oil seal etc will be replaced if required and cost for the items shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) The T & P/vehicles for transportation of centrifugal pump will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item

The filtration plant shall comprise of the following:- (a) Floc module chamber - 02 Nos (b) Tube settler - 02 Nos (c) Sand bed filter (d) Water channel (Note:- Cleaning of water filter treatment shall be carried out every months and date of cleaning should be written in white letters on black background complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge)

Material & labour for cleaning of RO plant (4000/2000/1200/600 Ltr/Hr) membrane with citric acid and after cleaning with citric acid, testing of water flow rate and water pressure, proper backwash, replacement of catridge filter and paper filter, reassembling the RO membrane in its orignal position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note - Supply only catridge filters shall be measured and paid for separately)

Taking down of high pressure pump assembly of capacity 5 Hp from common base frame and transportation to workshop & back opening of pump assembly and replace the worn out parts as given below including and replace the worn out parts as given below including necessary lathe work reassemble the same refixng its existing posiion and coupling with squirrel cage incuction motor and testing of pump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a)impeller assembly (Brass/Stainless steel) (b) Shaft stainless steel (c) Bush brass (c) Spacers (e) gland packing (f) nuts ,bolts,packibng basket as required.

Material & labour for servicing pressure filter of capacity 140000 LPH installed at swimming pool by opening/closing of valve,servicing of valve and testing including replacement of PU pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Minor parts required to make the plant servicable shall be included in the quoted rate.

Labour only for cleaning of balancing tank of swimming pool of capacity 10000 ltrs by cleaning the balancing tank with high pressure water jet to remove all masses, algae and dirt, taking out dirt and sludge with sludge machine and disposing the same to a safe distance, scrubbing the internal walls and floor with industrial vacuum cleaner and finally applying anti bacterial sterilization to walls and floor of balancing tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for overhauling and repair to suction sweeper by dismantling/ opening of sweeper, overhauling and replacement of unserviceable parts, Iron wheel 04 Nos MS wheel pin-08 Nos, brush of suitable size (as per sample) - 01 No, nuts/bolts/washers (as per sample)- 05 Kg, including painting complete suction sweeper and accessories by applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, re-assembling the sweeper and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and mixing copper sulphate suitable for swimming pool complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and mixing TCCA-90 trichloro iso cyanurie acid chlorination granules as oxidizing agent for swimming pool in white granular form of super quality contains chlorine 90 % duly packed in 45/50 Kg drum complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The TCCA- 90 chemical shall be supplied in manufacturers original packing duly marked with the date of manufacturing and expiry.

Supply & fix in replacement suction and discharge flexible hoses with specially compunded PVC reinforcement helically wounded and inseparably fused to the soft inner walls suitable for with standing multi-axial stress and pressure 10Kgf/Sqcm of dia 80 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement including lowering of polypropelene rope 28 mm dia ISI marked, heavy duty grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix in replacement of suction sweeper football as per exisiting pattern and size of 50 mm including hex nipple of same size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement Wooden Brush 15cm X 90 CM for suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for servicing of air compressor including replacing air filters, cartridge (as per sample) pouring of oil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate of any items are required to change/replace while servicing is also deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Testing of water sample collected from 27 wing / mundra road RO plant & supply water for chemical characteristics from approved government laboratories as laid down in the latest edition of manual on water supply and treatment published by the Govt. of India, Ministry of works and housing and as specified in IS and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and submission of report there of.

Testing of water sample collected from 27 wing/ mundra road RO plant & supply water for bacteriological characteristics from approved government laboratories as laid down in the latest edition of manual on water supply and treatment published by the Govt. of India, Ministry of wrks and housing and as specified in IS and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and submission of report thereof.

Supply and provide calcium hypochlorite for water treatment following generic specification and specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- Generic Specifications:- (a) Common name:- Stable bleaching powder/ high strength bleaching powder (b) Description/apperance:-Dry free flowing and free from lupms (c)Toxic & undesirable substance :-Should not induce substance beyond accepeted limit as given in IS 10500(2012) in treated and disinfected.
