| 2.00 | Providing and hiring of Outdoor Full-Color LED Video Display Screen of minimum size 30 feet (width) × 12 feet (height), comprising high-resolution LED panels suitable for day and night viewing, complete with support structure, mounting frame, power supply, control system, video processor, necessary cabling, and accessories.
The work shall include transportation, installation, testing, operation, maintenance during the event period, and dismantling after completion. The LED screen shall have adequate brightness (minimum 4500 nits for outdoor use), wide viewing angle, and seamless display suitable for live video, presentations, advertisements, and multimedia content.
The system shall be operated by trained technical personnel, and all safety measures, electrical connections, and statutory requirements shall be complied with. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment, taxes, and incidental charges required for successful operation.
