INTAKE AND TREATMENT WORKS

Supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. and construction of following works as per type design and drawing complete in all respect. French Well Intake

Supply and installation of Bucket Type Chlorinator of 25 L Capacity.

Construction of RCC cross wall 0.60m high at different tapping point's for protection of intake from flood storm.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royalties etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

GRAVITY MAIN

Providing of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, laying & jointing of G.I. Medium screwed pipes (including supply of all jointing materials like specials, white lead, hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc complete.32 mm dia.

Dismantling of old and existing G.I. pipes for repair the or for replacing by new pipes as required at site. Medium Duty (class 'B') 50 mm

Excavation in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requiring the use of special T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Supply and fixing of the following fittings including cartage of materials, labour, T & P etc complete but excluding the cost of excavation and chamber.G.M. Wheel valves (Class I) as per IS 778/1971 40 mm dia.

Construction stone masonry chamber 60x60x60 cm, inside in 1:4 cement & sand mortar with MS MH cover on top the chamber with proper locking arrangement.

Cartage of pipes, specials, valves and fittings from rail head Kathgodam up to site of work including loading, unloading and stacking complete. By truck distance pucca road in 130 km

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached plasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement -all work up to plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 grad aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, banding, placing in position and binding all complete reinforcement for RCC work using thermo mechanically treated bars.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, roping etc. and removal of form work for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string coarse etc.

20mm thick PC plaster in proportion of 1:4 with cement and sand over stone masonry, including racking of joints up to a depth of 1.27cm including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and fixing of 60*60 cm MS, MH cover medium quality with handle, hinges & locking arrangements. (made of 3mm sheet & 40x40x5mm angle appx. Wt. 21 kg. including painting & cartage up to site)
