Disconnecting the water mains from the delivery line of pumping sets,including disconnecting electric connections; lifting & taking out HDPE/GI/UPVC column pipes 80/100/110 mm dia bore, submersible cable and defective submersible pumping set with connected cage etc. for necessary repairs (Repairs to be measured and paid for separately under respective items here in after) ;lowering of repaired / replaced HDPE/GI/UPVC column pipes 80/100/110mm dia bore, submersible cable, submersible pumping sets complete in bore well; jointing of submersible cable, reconnecting delivery line to water mains, testing for satisfactory running and continuous flow of water complete all as directed.

Transporting defective MS/GI column pipes to workshop; cutting both ends of GI/MS Pipes 80/100 mm dia, approximately 10 feet long; removing worn out portions; threading at both ends; welding of new socket 80/100mm dia at one end; welding of MS three nuts of size 5/8" dia at both ends for hold fastening the column pipes; bringing back to site of work, complete all as directed.

Replacing unserviceable MS nuts, bolts and washers of any size & length as required at site and as directed for hold fastening column pipes complete all as directed.

Dismantling defective submersible pumping set of any capacity by separating pump and motor for repair purposes and re-assembling after repairs and testing complete all as directed.( Note - M&L for repair / replacement shall be measured and paid for separately)

Transporting defective submersible motor 30 to 50 HP to workshop; M&L for dismantling motor; taking out burnt copper winding of stator; cleaning the casing and stator with wire brush and cleaning the surface; rewinding the motor using super enameled insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge; insulating & drying ; complete re-assembling the motor to its original form after replacement of defective parts and testing for satisfactory run; bringing back to site of work all as directed ; Make of submersible motors: KSB/Calama/Lubi/ Anand/ Vimal/CG Note :(i) S&F in Replacement of defective parts and remetaling, turning & polishing of motor shaft shall be measured and paid separately under respective items her in after (ii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to include the cost for replacement of minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, etc.

M&L for cleaning of RO plant (4000/1200/600 Ltr/Hr) Membrane with citric acid and after cleaning with citric acid, testing of water flow rate and water pressure, proper backwash; replacement of catridge filter and paper filter; reassembling the RO membrane in its orignal position all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note - Supply only catridge filters and paper filters shall be measured and paid for separately)

Disconnecting the electric connection of the defective electric motor of any make from panel board, disconnecting from centrifugal pumping set, Transporting to work shop and dismantling motor, taking out burnt copper winding of stater, cleaning the casing starter with wire brush, repair to rotor by turning , polishing and truing, rewinding the motor using PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge, re-assembling the motor to its original form after replacement of defective ball bearing of same number of SKF make - 02 Nos, bringing back to site of work, reconnecting electrical connection , recoupled with centrifugal pumping set, testing for satisfaction running to the satisfactory of Engineer-in-charge for following capcities of motors : -

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to and including GI strip 25x4mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr length by means of bolts, nuts check muts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 32mm bore upto 7.5m length and connected earth strip to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (rein forced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs test point etc.
