Replacement of sewer line including Carting, Laying, Jointing and Testing of Sewer Line at Kanwali Road Near Police Chowki, Dehradun.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials including supply of all materials labour T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work. (i) Bituminous courses

Carting of 350 dia. R.C.C. Hume pipes (np3-class )( with spigot & socket(s/s)ends)as per IS 458-2003 with Rubber Gaskets and specials from store to the site of work,lowering the same into trenches below groung level true to the alignment caulking the joints with necessary spun yarn soaked in bitumen,and jointing with 1:2 cement course sand mortar in including excavation of earth below invert level of pipe,cost of all jointing material,testing etc complete but excluding excavation and refilling of trenches from groung level to the invert level of pipes 150 mm Dia depth 0 to 1.50 mtr Bgl.

200 mm Dia depth 0 to 1.50 mtr Bgl.

Barricating in two rows and necessary diversion of path and where as necessary with the help of ballies, ropes, flage, signal and light signal caution boards etc.upto a height of 1.8 m as per requirement including supply of all material, T&P etc. complete.For sewer lines

Construction of new manhole chambers including all cost of dismantling of existing pavement ,excavation ,timbering, CC, brick masonry work, RCC, plastering, manholecover, jointing of running sewer including all cost of material ,labour ,T&P etc required complete for proper completion of work. (as per unit estimate enclosed) for above Sewer Lines Size of chamber 1.50 Meter (i) 1:4:8 ( 1cement : 4 c/sand , : 8 gradde stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.

(ii) 1:2:4 ( 1cement : 2 c/sand , : 4 gradde stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth including all cost of material labour T&P required complete for proper completion of work in In Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix including all cost of material labour T&P required complete for proper completion of work 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Shifting /Repairing of Household water connection coming in the alignment of sewer line/manhole chambers including excavation ,refilling,supply of all material,pipes,specialsetc for sizes 15 to 20 mm,65mm,80mm,100 mm,150mm making good complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Shifting of Household sewer Domestic connection including supply of all material ,Labour,T&P etc Required for the proper completion of the work.

Providing and spreading RBM i.e., River Bed Material (treated as granular sub-base /base/surface course material) in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface with rotavator and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density.

Disposal of surplus earth ,sullage, damaged pipes etc from working site to suitable place,carrying back for refilling of trenches after laying and jointing the pipes upto max distance 60 m one side,disposal of excavated earth from site to suitable place upto max distance 4 km one side including providing of all material, labour, T&P etc., complete required for proper completion of work as per instruction of Engineer in charge.
