Fabrication of Hot Water Calorifier with end fittings (as per sample): Scope involves: 1. Disconnect all pipe lines, sensors, gauges and blanked properly. 2. Remove calorifier from foundation and transport to shop floor (heating coils to be removed). 3. Fabricate new calorifier with material SS (material contractor scope) and to be pressure tested to 10bar. 4. Shift the fabricated calorifier to position onboard, restore / reconnect all fittings, pipe lines, heating coils (Electrical and steam). Vendor must visit onboard before submitting the Bid. Note: 1. To and from transportation, consumables (viz., electrodes, end fitting), paintings. 2. Machining, grinding, threadings etc., are vendor scope.
