Consultancy services to carryout EIA studies, SIS etc., to obtain EC from SEIAA/MoEF&CC and CFE from KSPCB and submission of Half yearly compliance report for all the conditions of EC & CFE for-3 years for Balakunji Industrial Area, Udupi Taluk & District in an extent of 316.79 acres

The firm which have completed similar consultancy service in Government/ public sectors / Government undertaking Organizations under 7(C) of EIA notification 2006 for category B in the last five years will be considered for qualification for which certificates from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer is to be produced (2021-22 to 2025-26) NABET/ NABET MoU with NABL Accredited Consultancy Services are also allowed to participate in the tender apart from sole organization

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR

Reports to be issued by the consultants as part of this assignment must be in the language(s) specified in the Data Sheet

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment

Should poses Office with required infrastructure and manpower at Bangalore with agreement copy

The Firm should be NABET, NABET MoU with NABL /MoEF&CC accredited with Category B Proposal Under 7 (C) of Schedule-I of EIA notification 2006, if any Government sector/Public Sector/ Government undertaking Organizations with NABET in the similar field & experience

The Firm should have achieved in, at least any two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.50.00 Lakhs in last 5 years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26. (Financial statements in the form of Annual audited accounts for the financial years from (2021- 22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26)
