Checking, Servicing and calibration of the existing COOPER Make Fire Alarm Panel, Model No. CF30004 for at Gnd. and 1st Floor of TRC Building. This job includes the following scope of work -

(i)Checking of Loop Network

(ii) Calibration of panel to ensure Screen touch system should function properly

(iii) Checking of Loop Ressistance with auxiliary relay polyswitch

(iv) Checking the Fire Alarm Panel as per EN 54 pt. 2.

(v) Checking fault warning routing equipment port at panel as per EN 54 pt.2

(vi) One by one loop field checking till loop return to panel.

(vii) Checking of detector - 122 Nos. at Gnd. Floor & 144 Nos. at 1st Floor.

(viii) Checking MCP - 12 Nos.

(ix) Checking of Sounder - 12 Nos.

(x) Control output Module for AHU - 33 Nos.

(xi) Up to date Modification of Address in the fire panel.

(xii) Including zone wise physical numbering of components as per direction of Engineer-in-charge necessary and required to rectify all faults in automatic Fire Detection and alarm System complete with main Control Panel,

Supply and installation of 12V 7Ah Battery for CF30004 Panel

Supply and Laying of one number PVC insulated Armoured 2 core 1.5 Sq. mm. Copper cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (Make : Havells/Finolex/Polycab)

Supply and Laying of one number PVC insulated Unarmoured 2 core 1.5 Sq. mm. Copper cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (Make : Havells/Finolex/Polycab)

Supply & Installation of Intelligent Addressable Smoke Detector with base

Checking, Servicing, re- commissioning and reinstallation of sofware with putting latest address in the fire alarm panel (e.g. New room numbers) for the smoke/heat detectors(725 Nos.) /MCPs(31 Nos.)/Hooters(24 Nos.) as per latest room numbers and location of the research laboratories in the existing 2 Nos. COOPER Make Fire Alarm Panel, (Model No. CF30004)l of the Research Complex Buildings (Adjacent part of TRC Bldg.) with166 Nos. rooms Including zone wise physical numbering of components as per direction of Engineer-in-charge necessary and required to rectify all faults in automatic Fire Detection and alarm System complete with main Control Panel,

Operation and Comprehensive maintenance of Fire Alarm and Fire Detection system installed at TRC Building as per Scope of Work mentioned in Annex. VII of Tender Document.
