Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Contractor should quote the rates considering prevailing Minimum Wages as per Karnataka Minimum Wages act- 1954. In case of quoted rates are less than minimum wages will be liable for rejection.

The Work is subjected to Season wise irrigation notification issued by irrigation officer. In case of none declare of notification, work will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Manpower services pertains to Kharif season will be starts from 17.06.2025 retrospectively

In the event that two or more Tenderers quote the same amount(the Tie Tenderer), the Tenderer having the highest Average Annual Turnover shall be identified and declared as the Successful Tenderer.

The Amount put to tender is exclusive of GST, Hence the Contractor should quote the rates excluding GST. The increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor is responsible.

The Conditions of the contract, Bid Document, Designs and Specifications are published specifically for each works separately in KPP Portal.

The time stipulated for completion of work is 60 days of irrigation period
