SURVEY & SOIL INVESTIGATION SHOULD BE QUOTED in Item Rate for S.NO - 2 &3

Conducting soil investigation involving drilling bore holes or excavation of pits, conducting standard penetration tests and collecting disturbed/ undisturbed soil samples, laboratory testing of soil samples collected from project site, analysis of field and laboratory results to determine the physical and engineering properties of soil at different depths, essential for designing the foundation system. (Total depth of boring 170 Rmt)

Conducting Topographical Survey comprising of traverse survey, taking spot levels at every 10m intervals, preparation of contour maps with contour intervals of 3.00 m super imposing the existing structures such as buildings, roads, electrical lines, nallahs and other permanent structures and producing block levels, establishing the locations for grid pillars and permanent structures including mobilisation / demobilisation of men and equipments for survey etc.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES SHOULD BE QUOTED IN to Percentage % for S.NO:5-27

Building including internal services : Consultancy Services for detailed planning, designing and detailed engineering including preparation of detailed architectural, structural and service drawings etc., for the proposed buildings/ structure including internal services as per detailed scope of work given in Para-2.1(A) including proof checking for structural design from third party and 3D Model.

Consultancy Services for detailed planning, designing and detailed engineering for special items of work all as per the detailed scope of work given in Para-2.1(B).
