Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, Concrete surfaces, etc. including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed..

M&L Rendering 5mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces of Ceiling, etc., plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth, without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L Preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L Preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 10 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the pealed off portion from the RCC fins, parapet ceiling wall etc at any height including clipping cleaning with wire brush removing all loose particles making good the corroded rusted reinforcement and labour only for binding reinforcement by welding/tying with MS annealed wire not less than 0.90mm and guniting the area with minimum pressure of 5 Kg/Sq.cm to an average thickness of 25 to 30mm in CM 1:2 by using approved WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying one coat of Anti- corrosive primer as per manufacturers instructions to exposed old reinforcement to the full circumference and length of bars to form unbroken 40 micron thick film complete all as directed by the Engr-In-Charge (Make :- Nitozic primer of M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent product as approved by GE)

Rough excavation n exc. 1.50 deep and getting out any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material in soils exc. 1.50km but not exc 5.00Km and depositing where directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreding soil layers n exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc n exc 1.50m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Water Proofing Compound (WPC) will be Measured and Paid separately under appropriate Item as 'Supply only'.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS 2465-1975 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or PCC block masonry external surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE) over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 12.5mm gradded aggregate) in surface Channels, etc. in Manhole including necessary Formwork (if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Extra forming Fair Finished to Drains or Channels 30 Cm Inner Girth in Cement Concrete using Extra Cement including Forms Moulds Mitred/ Stopped Ends, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete all as specified and as directed..

S & F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specefied and and directed. Fe-410W (Gde E-250 quality 'A' )

Supply and fix Sheet Metal enclosures with socket plug top and MCB, Single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps, 10 KA, 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Sheet Metal enclosures with socket plug top and MCB, Triple pole and earth enclosure with three pin and earth plug and socket complete with one triple pole MCB of 63 Amps, 10 KA, 415 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix distribution board (double door) , vertical, TPN 4 way, 415 Volts, IP 42 protection, with 200 Amp rated busbar, in sheet steel metal enclosure conforming to IS-13032, factory made and tested with copper bus bar, neutral links, cable lugs and earth bar, phosphatised and painted with epoxy polyster based powder paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 58 above but SPN 8 Way double door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Isolator TPN 415 volts, 63 Amps, 10 KA capacity, 'C' series ISI marked, in distribution board complete all as directed.

Note : Quoted rate includes 7.5m length each of eath lead and 15mm bore GI protection pipe.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 650/ 1100 volts grade confirming to IS 1536-1977 multi-stranded 6.0 Sqmm single core copper conductor drawn through rigid steel ERW conduit of 25 mm dia external and one run of 6.0 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Two runs of conductor with one run of earth wire incl metallic shall be measured as one unit.)

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated but unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn throughand including rigid steel ERW conduit of 25mm dia (external) heavy duty including necessay flame proof /weather proof conduit accessories and fitting concealed in wall/ceiling etc including sealing threaded jointsin conduit accessories with teflon tape,flame proof sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes including 1.5 sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as in continuous earth.Wiring shall be suitable for flame proof area as per STEC-7 for the followings:

S & F flame proof and weather proof LED bulk head light fitting of 70W, IP66 protection of cost aluminium alloy material & heat and impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti-corrosive expoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories prewired including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pointed air termination aluminium rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium strip 25 mm X 3.15 mm complete with insulation along with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type - 2, flat, size 300x180x40mm all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including Copper strip of 32X6mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of copper/brass with 50mm bore GI protection pipe for earth lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing. Note : Quoted rates includes 7.5m length each of earth lead and protectoin pipe.

M&L for Out door type factory made Bus bar chamber of size 0.45x.75x 0.40M depth made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick with 4 busbars of capacity 200 Amp internally prewired, suitable for MCCB 32 Amp 4 pole 451V, 16KA having locking arrangement, provn of suitable hole at bottom for incomming and out going UG cables complete incl painting with 2 coat of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exterior and interior faces and bus bar insulator, errection of Bus Bar chamber with suitable qty of PCC 1:2:4, type B2 and supply, fixing and connection of MCCB incl earth work and provn of suitable frame at bottom made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm thick complete all as specified.
