SCHEDULE 'A'

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick walls including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers, first layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and second layer 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 finishing fair and even mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Demolition of stone slabs and tles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and aprons removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel deformed bars 8 mm dia cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.
