M&L for cutting grass manually and removing material from site obtained from cutting / cleaning both sides of runway PTT near DTGM board etc.,including removal of material obtained from cutting/removing/ cleaning (both sides) up to 100m from the complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The department shall have right to stop the work at any time even in working days due to security point of view. Contractor shall have no claim on this account in later stage. The rate quoted is deemed to be included this element.

M&L for cutting grass mechanically operated grass cutting machine / device of grass height upto 100 mm to 200 mm above slasher wherver required including removal of material obtained from cutting/removing/ cleaning (both sides) up to 100m from the concrete edges etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor shall arrange his own mechanical slasher (set one tractor and Jungle Jeem) with POL & MT driver. The mechanical slasher shall be in operation from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM (including lunch break of half an hour at mid day) every day( i .e. all working days ) in week excluding Sunday (Holiday). The department shall have the right to stop the work at any time even in working days due to security point of view. Contractor shall have no claim on this account in later stage. The rate quoted is deemed to be included this element.

M&L for furrowing SGA , ploughing and furrows using Tractor with POL and driver in Technical area whenever is required at Airfield. Note- Contractor shall arrange his own tractor with POL and MT driver. The tractor shall be in operation from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM (including lunch break of half an hour at mid day) and shall be allowed in all working days. Department shall have the right to stop the work at any time even in working days due to security point of veiw. Contractor shall have no claim on this account in later stage. The rate quoted is deemed to be included this element.

Cleaning of Mud / silt from monsoon drains of girth exceeding 1.0m but not exceeding 2.0 m of any depth, including removal of wild vegetation from there to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of removal of existing cover slabs of drain and placing on same location after cleaning/removal of mud/slit and vegetation is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. No claim what so ever shall be entertained on this aspect.

Demolition of Brick/stone/PCC block masanory work built in cement mortar in any description and removal of demolished material to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast concrete block masonry (1:5:8) with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on cement concrete block masanory surface,finshed even and fair etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to concrete slab or pavement by cutting existing damaged portion of rigid pavements, pot holes to trangular/rectangular cross section & removing all broken and loose particles outside the MD land and cleaning the surfaces with compressed air to remove dust, dirt loose particles / sand / foreign material and washing the surfaces with hidrochloric acid solution and making edges by filling with epoxy resin primer & providing necessary from work as required including provision of elastomeric concrete etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to existing construction / dummy / expansion joint of pavement and cutting of cement concrete pavements by raking out the old sealing compound from the existing joint to a depth as mentioned below,from top of the joint and disposal of raked out material to a distance not exceeding 50m and cleaning the joints with brushes and then with compressed air and sealing the joints with polyurethane based sealing compound after applying suitable primer as per manufacturers instructionS to bottom and sides of joints including masking tape and backup rod and filler board etc of required size for different joints for the Joint 25-30 mm wide and 40mm deep average complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of demolished material to out side MD land and depositing at designated locations of local authority complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2(1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as direcetd.
