Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof ridges etc fixed with self drilling screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A) including distance pieces, cleats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for reflective insulation roll, foam core radiant barrier, heat cold sheield, thermal foil insulation on roof/ceiling of the sheds complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix plain, black, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips valley gutters, drip & straight flashing (length & girth as fixed) of 1.00mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair nylon net for bird proofing for shed / storage accn with wooden fillets or nylon wire, fixed in position including taking down old Nylon netting of any size, any thickness and any position including fixing material such as wooden fillets, clamps, nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge, complete details as under (i) Burst strength up to 44 pound (ii) Shall meet ISO 1806 Protocols (iii) Size of mesh 25 mm x 25 mm. Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid , bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

Material and labour for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm / 450X 350X 7 mm thick over 10 mm rendering in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile Complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified & directed..

Material and labour for light shade ultra charged virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick

Material and labour for light shade ultra charged virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting / dado etc set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description & any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in sunken poartion mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

Supplying only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC,1:2:4 type B-1 (20 MM graded aggregate) as in surface channels complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC in (1:2:4) type B2 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:1.5:3 Type A0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floor finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PQC/cement concrete any description and in any position any thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but nexc 5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete Type C2 (1:3:6) (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
