REPAIRS TO PATH, DRAIN, CULVERT, COMPOUND WALL, FENCING, BARBED WIRE, PAVER BLCOK, HARDSTANDING AND OTHER MISC WORK SERVICES AT AF STN NALIYA

Cleaning of existing drainage/culevrts upto 1.50 metre depth including removing cover slabs, soils, spoils, vegetation, silt etc and refixing cover slabs including making good in CM 1:6 and removing material outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Payment shall be made based on stacked measurement of debris/waste materials removed from drains and culverts etc

Material and labour for steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bining with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia securing with complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/block work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as speicifed and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering to block walling in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers, 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, using water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement in finishing coat or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under relevant item of this Schedule.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 100 % acrylic anti-fungal paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh, any type in any position and seperating the materials and removing the unserviceable wiremesh from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.50 Cum and getting out in soft/loose soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth etc and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC coated fabric fencing mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm made of GI wire of dia 3 mm to achieve outer dia not less than 4 mm in required colour and shade fixed in posts bolts, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) necessary drilling, bolting or reiveting to existing steel or new steel posts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS angle, flats etc independently fix without connecting plates etc but to ordinary length conforming to Fe 410W (Gde-E-250) quality B as in fencing posts/cover plate including drilling holes for nuts and bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix round steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber or frame work fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc under 40 sqcm in section etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. not exceeding 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise describe and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base finished even and fair complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for factory made machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade fixed with grey cement and pigment etc compelete all as specifed and directed

All as per serial item number 31.00 here-in-before but except tiles.

Material and labour for sand filling under floor/cushioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying one coat of 100 % acrylic anti fungal paint complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new or primarily untreated concrete/plastered surface of Kerb stone and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint white or coloured tinted over one coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete/plastered surfaces of kerb stone and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or coloured/tinted etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of RCC jallies/trellis work (Jafri) including taking as under of battens in trellis (Posts and rails measured seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for excavation/desludging/desilting as in liquid/dry mud/foul conditions of any depth and cross section width 0.50 metre to 1.20 metre getting out from existing drain and cleaning the shurbs/grass from sides of drain including removing existing RCC cover slab of any size and thickness and resetting in the same position and removing the sludge outside the defence land in covered container complete all as specified and directed.
