M&L for cleaning of blocked SWG/RCC drain pipes by rodding with rods/choke remover and making the continuous flow between two manholes or any locations as directed and well flushing with clean water after cleaning and removing of clogging/deposited mud etc including removing and refixing of manhole chamber cover of any description including sealing etc for 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified & as directed

All as per item No 1 above but for 100mm internal dia of pipe

Removing manhole cover of any type, size and thickness and of any description, cleaning manhole chamber of any shape/size upto 1.50 metre depth for removing sludge/mud from manhole by any means and refixing cover in same position /laid dry including sprinkling antibiotic powder complete all as specified & as directed

All as per item 03 above but exc. 1.50m and not exc. 2.50m depth.

M&L for cleaning of 50 users septic tank including debris/screen chambers by removing cover slab set in cement mortar of any shape/ thickness and pumping out water sludge mud with pump or manually including cleaning of inlet/outlet pipes, refixing cover slab in cement mortar (1:3), sprinkling of antibiotic powder etc complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No. 05 above but for 25 users capacity.

Cleaning and removing the blockage in floor trap, nahani, gully trap, WC, 'P' tarp and 'S' trap and refixing the same after cleaning the pipe, making good damage cement joint etc of pipe dia not exceeding 150 mm completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick,(Square /rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but n. exc. 0.18 sqm in floors etc., laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc. laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles, 300 x 200 x 7mm thick, glossy finish, conforming to Group B-III of IS-13712, first quality, of approved colour, over backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforced cut to required to facilitate demolition) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing debris outside of Md land complete all as directed.

M&L pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for manhole covers including placing the cover in position and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 10mm dia and over TMT steel reiforcement bars for precast manhole cover cut to length bent to shape required and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.50m wide and not exc 1.5m deep for sewage pipe line and manhole not exc. 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5Km and deposited where directed.

Demolition and breaking up old drain pipe (SWG, AC or reinforced) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete for 150mm dia & removing debris outside of MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for 150 mm bore SGSW drain pipe, of grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) including testing etc including demolition and breaking up old drain pipe (SWG, AC or reinforced) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete for 150mm dia & removing debris outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for concrete bed to 150mm dia drain pipes including packing under and haunching aganst the sides of pipe in PCC (1:3:6), type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type D2 1 :4:8 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry walling with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) using 20mm graded stone aggregates, exc 10cm in width and sett in cement plaster (1:4) including demolition of precast block masonry walling, built in cement mortar in any position and height and removing debris out side of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type C1 1 :3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings and benching/haunching and foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of White wash on new plaster surface of wall incl preparation over rendering 10mm thick on fair face of concrete/ block masonry in cement mortar (1:6) on finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. Including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes, for insertion of 150mm dia of pipe for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching all as directed and specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood,steel or RCC) any sectionembedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No. 40 here-in-before in but embedded in concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type

Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.5cum getting out ,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings,bed plates,brackets etc with plain fair faces,including necessary formwork chamfers, weatherings,throating or slightly rounded and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type Mesh Size 50X50mm.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh, size and type to any standards,rails straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and as directed. (Note:Each line wire shall be measured)
