Manhole Cover, supply as per approved design of R.C.C including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Extra per 1 meter length over and above 10.00 m ncluding supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Design, testing bearing capacity of soil and construction of M 30 grade R.C.C. semi-sunk Sump cum Clear Water Reservoir of following capacity in K.L. including supply of necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories alongwith construction of valve chambers, fixing of inlet and outlet pipes, making bye pass arrangement & fixing of lightening conductor & M.S. Manhole Cover, supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder outside and inside the tank and design of R.C.C. tank in latest IS codes including painting with plastic emulsion paint and also connection with the existing network alongwith carting of all materials including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Testing of soil for bearing capacity and submitting drawing and Hydraulic/Structural design from IIT Roorkee/Firm/Company as approved by Engineer incharge status and Constructing of R.C.C 0.35 MLD capacity Slow sand filter having depth as per water treatment Manual, working on 24 hrs. basis capable of handling raw water turbidity of about 60 PPM as per rainy season. Slow sand filter having three equal units each. including filling of filter media base material gravel of effective size as specified in schedule D will be filled in 3 layears and over the top of base material filling sand of effective size is 0.2 to 0.40 mm of Betwa River then water free board to be provided. including all type survey, design and drawing by competent authority.& all labour T&P required for proper completion of works.

Survey, design (The contractor has to survey the site, take levels with total station, measure the length of pipe with metalic tape on prescribed alignment and submit the design of rising main for checking the thickness of pipe before ordering for supply of pipe.On completion of this work, the laid length of pipe will be deemed eligible forsupply. The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) will be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes will be the property of contractor) supplying, carting, laying & jointing of Feeder / Supply Main/Distribution main of following size of G.I. (Medium/Heavy) pipe confirming to IS 1239 Part I : 2004 including provision of specials and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve etc. at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Clear Water Rising Main and Feeder / Supply Main in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete

Manhole Cover, supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder outside and inside the tank and fixing of railing around top dome as per approved design of R.C.C. tank in latest IS codes including painting with plastic emulsion paint and also connection with the exsiting network alongwith carting of all materials including supply & fixing of Bucket Type Chlorinator 25 L capacity on top of reservoir including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Provide all materials, labour, T & P for Construction of Full brick Boundary Wall 1.5 m high with 23cm x 23 cm brick masonry pillar every meter and 30 cm below ground level , with plaster in 1:4 cement and sand mortar all over and three or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint complete at slow sand filter.

Provide all materials, labour, T & P for Construction of 3.60 m wide MS Iron Gate (weight not less than 250 kg.) with two nos. 2- brick thick brick masonry Pillars 2.00 m high and 30 cm below ground level in 2 and half brick masonry over 10 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 ( 1 cement, 4 sand and 8 stone aggregate). Pillars to plastered all over in 1:4 Cement and Sand mortar , complete with two or more coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of steel primer on steel work and acrylic smooth exterior paint for pillars.

Provision of Barbed Wire Fencing through angle iron posts of size 50x50x6mm and height of post 1.8m weight of wire not less than 9.38 kg per 100m and spacing of row 15 cm c/c barbed wire shall be cross diagonaly of post around the water works site on the top of Boundary Wall as per specifications

Supply and fixing of following size of Wheel / Gate Valve as per IS 778 : 1997 & IS 14846 : 2000 for Feeder Main / Supply Main/ Distribution System including cartage of materials.

Supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc and construction of RCC M 20 grade Break Pressure Tank (BPT ) of size 1.0 mx1.0 mx1.0m as per departmental type design .
