BIN LINEN MULTIPURPOSE WITH IRONING BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/09) Over all size of bin linen multipurpose is 1200mm long x 450mm x 750mm high. The sides, partitions, shelves, drawers of bin linen shall be made up of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The back of the bin linen shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The three equal shutters shall be provided with magnetic catchers.All fittings and fixtures shall be done as per drg. The base shall be of provided at an height of 75mm from ground and shall be on of first class hard wood with four nos of 25x25mm stiffners placed at equidistant position. All exposed wooden surfaces where require shall be french polish two coats after the primer Rest all as per drg.

CHAIR DINING OFFRS CUSHIONED (FD/MAP-II/04) Over all size shall be 950mm high, 450mm wide and 450mm deep. The size of the legs shall be 35x50mm.Front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm.Stifferens of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg.75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of aproved foam covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg.Side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 35x50mm.Four teak wood vertical stiffeners of section 15x30mm shall be fixed in back of chair.25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs.The curved teak wood back shall be section 25x45mm.All sizes shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish of walnut shade.Rest all materials ans specifications as per drg.

HAT STAND WITH MIRROR (FD-233) Overall size as per Drg.4mm thick one side teak finish ply shall be provided ofrelevent IS No.exterior grade with 6mm thick teak wood edging 3.5mm thick BWR grade plywood shall be provided on back side,the pegs shall be copper oxidised steel pegs 5.5mm thick mirror shall be used Make : Modiguard/Atul,Rest all specification and material are as per drg,All wooden portion with approved make french polish after preparation of surface to obtain glossy finish.

RECEPTACLE PVC 20 LTR CAPACITY (FD/E6/MAP/13) DIMENSION/CAPACITY:The receptacle shall be of capacity 20 ltrs. DESCRIPTION:The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickmess not less than 2.5 mm provided with swivel lid and iron handles on both sides as shown in drg. FINISH: Cello, TUPPERWARE OR AMKO equivalent as shown in drg

SOFA SET 5 SEATER WITH CUSHION (FD/MAP-II/02) All size as shown on drg. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. 12mm BWR grade commercial ply as per IS-303 shall br fixed with seat and back over teakwood frame of sofa set five seater (One Three seater and Two single seater). 10 Nos of foam cushion 100mm thick 40 density of approved make covered with best quality of tapestory cloth as approved by GE.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber/PVC shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs with SS screws.All wood & ply surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish (lacquer finish) All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship.Rest all material & specification are as per drg.

STOOL DRESSING CUSHIONED (FD/E6/MAP/14) DIMENSION:Over all size shall be of 450 mm long, 300 mm wide and 380 mm high . DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class teak wood.The size of legs shall be of size 50mmx30mm.The size of the three bottom stiffner shall be of size 19mm x 25mm.The size of top rails shall be size 25mm x 65mm.12mm thick commercial plywood shall be fixed over the top rails for seat.The seat of the stool shall be made of 75mm thick foam cushion of 32 density duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth as approved bt GE.Rest all material & specification are as per drg.Finish will be given with french polish with two minimum coats to obtain glossy finish after a coat of primer.

TABLE CENTRE (FD-235) First class teak wood well seasoned free from all types of knots and cracks should be used with relavan IS No for structure having size 900x450x400mm, 25mmx50mm top rail,25x50mm stiffner, leg 45mmx45mm at top and 25mmx25mm at bottom,Top of table should be prelaminated particle board of approved shade 18mm thick exterior grade having relevant IS No.Should be given two coats of french polish after preparation of surface to obtain glossy finish rest all specification and material are as per Drg.

TABLE DINING 6 PERSONS (FD/MAP-II/03) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1500mm long,900mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class teak wood free from knots and cracks well seasoned.The top shall be of prelaminated particle board exterior grade of 19/ 18 mm thick with 4 mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only.Four legs shall be 90mmx45mm in section and 750mm high.Legs shall b joined by 45mmx90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level.22mmx45mm teak wood wooden member of size as per drg shall also be provided as shown in drg.Two stiffeners of 90mmx25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove tailed joints.Four wooden brackets / corner of size 100mmx100mmx35mm thick shall also be provided over 150mmx30mmx5mm angle iron bracket.25mmx25mm PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the table.Rest all as per drgs. DRESSING TABLE LADIES INCL STOOL (FD/MAP-II/07) DIMENSION:The overall size of table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. DESCRIPTION: The sides,top,back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated partical board.The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood,The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated particle,bottom of the drawers shall be 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawer shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with 2 nos telescopic channel as per drg.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back with teak wood frame.The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members.The overall size of the stool shall as per drg.The four sids shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board.The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg.four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr-In-Charge/GE.
