S & F in repair of HT 11 KV 3 core 120 sqmm cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electricpower cable (HT), heavy duty with aluminum conductor, 11000 Volts (earthed) grade 120 sqmm x 3 core all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand cushioning and cable cover will be measured and paid seperately if required.

Supply & laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm laid traverse to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm laid traverse to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm laid traverse to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm laid traverse to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Laying only un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV/LV, Type 1, flat, laid traverse to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspit, manholes pier hole etc n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry sand; gently punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note: For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered.

S & F in repair galvanised steel water tubing of 50 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches, under roads, through drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, jointing & testing of cable jointing kit for 1.1KV cable for straight through heat shrink type complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3.5/4.0 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 120 to 150 sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old jointing kit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No.19 above but of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply, jointing and testing of indoor type cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm, extra terminal length as required on ground including taking down of old jointing kit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No.24 above but outdoor type

Supply, jointing and testing of 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type B0,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with orange colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "DANGER, HT 11 KV CABLE" to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block, placed at interval of every 30m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.27 above but painted with yellow colour

Supply, fabricate, test and commissioning of LT electrical outdoor type, double door distribution panel boardfloor mounted cubical type dust proof, weather proof, vermin proof, astethically designed having at least IP-54 degree of ingress protection, fabricated from 3mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening including bus bar chamber, continuous GI strip earth bus bar 4 strips of copper bus bar suitable Amps capacity, insulated color sleeves, porcelain/epoxy insulators, rail channels cable alloy, danger notice board including over angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm, 30cm grouted in ground floor and 30 cm above GL including necessary excavation, foundation, PCC etc complete with locking arrangement duly powder coated painted of approved color connecting incoming and outgoing cable connection with suitable lugs, nuts, bolts, washers and cable joints, prewired complete with PVC insulated fire retardant copper conductor cable complete including:-

S & F LT Feeder piller box out door type not less than 0.60m X 0.6m X 0.6m made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated supported on angle iron frame 40x40x5mm have legs 1.2 mtr long grouted in the PCC upto 60cm, aluminium bus bar 03 nos rated capacity 250 amps for phase and 01 No rated capacity 200 Amps for nutral supported on porcelain insulator, PCC foundation 1:2:4 and cable gland including taking down old U/S LT feeder pilar box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge

M & L for cutting to existing bituminous/PCC road not less than 30 cm depth suitable for laying of cable through GI pipe and refixing the trench with same material as before cutting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
