Overhauling of Hydraulic Cylinders, Winches and Deck Traveling Crane on DCI DR XI

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS:

Hydrualic cylinders(P&S) of draghead gantry& intermediate gantries: Hydraulic cylinders to be removed from position,shifted to workshop, dismantled, guide bushes to inspect, worn out bronze bushes to manufacture and fit, seals to renew. Gantry swivel bearings to be cleaned, checked and renewed if required. Cylinder to be pressure tested to 300 bar for no leak and shown to ship staff, Assembled and fitted back in place and satisfactory trials to be shown.

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.No. 1.01 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.02) against third party/OEM invoice.

P&S swell compensator rams: Swell compensator rams to be removed from position, shifted to workshop,dismantled, inspection, renewal of seals and boxing back. After ship staff inspection.Swell compensator to be fitted in place and tried out.

Bottom door hydraulic cylinders: Hydraulic cylinders to be removed from position, shifted to workshop,dismantled, inspection, renewal of piston rod, piston seal, rod seal etc. and boxing back after ship staff inspection. Cylinder to be pressure tested, fitted in place and tried out .

Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.No. 1.07 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.08) against third party/OEM invoice.

Overflow duct hydraulic cylinders: Overflow duct hydraulic cylinders to be removed from position, dismantling, inspection, renewal of seals and boxing back.After ship staff inspection hydraulic cylinder to be fitted in place and tried out.

Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.No. 1.09 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.10) against third party/OEM invoice.

Chrome plating of rams to be carried out to the required thicknedd approx 4Microns. (Transportation charges (TO & FRO) for collection of rams from HSL and back on completion of chrome plating including in the scope of work)

The following winches including brakes and hydraulic motors are to be removed from position,shifted to workshop, dismantled, overhauled, inspected and assembled back with Ship supplied materials (new seals, brakes, bearings). After completion of fitment, satisfactory trials to be showned to ship staff. Required material like all fasteners and machinery works,weldind/bulidup works/grinding, consumables are in contractor scope only.

Draghead winch (P&S)

Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (2.02) against third party/OEM invoice.

Intermediate winch (P&S)

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.No. 2.03 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (2.04) against third party/OEM invoice.

Trunion winch (P&S)

Staffa Hyd. Motor

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.No. 2.07 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (2.08) against third party/OEM invoice.

DECK TRAVELING CRANE:

Hydraulic motors to be overhauled. brake unit to be inspected, if reqired renewed, Brake unit to procure ,supply and fitment in contractor scope. Satisfactory operational trial( hoist, lower,luffing,slewing and forward, aft travel) to be shown to ship staff.

Hydraulic pumps with motors (dual pump) to be overhauled, defective parts to be renewed and pump to be tried for satisfactory operation (Spares ship supply).

Cable Reeling motor Gear box to be dismantled, clean all the parts, renewed the bearings, oil seals, circlips, brass bushes, oil indicator, operating lever, inspection covers, bearing covers, bolts, nuts, spring washers. Motor and cable removal and refitment, alignment to be done, inspection to be carried out on all parts like gear wheels, shafts. After box upped gear box to be painted and fitted in position and satisfactory trials to be showned.
