Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft / loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of DI pipe of 100mm dia bore with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS:8329/2000 centrifugally cast class K-7 suitable for push on joint including rubber gasket jointing with cement mortar lining inside the pipe with outside zinc and bituminous coating laid in trenches/ on surface/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe medium grade ISI marked including all fittings in old/new position as in walls and ceilling/trenches including taking down old unservieable GI pipe, all as directed of following sizes :-

80 mm bore

50 mm bore

25 mm bore

20 mm bore

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing 100mm cast Iron butterfly Valve of SS plate of sizes as under , designed for pressure PN 1.6 operating angle 90 degree , disc material CI with nylon coating, mounting type confirms to IS-13095 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Air cast iron air valves with two air outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 100mm dia bore and fixing up in DI water supply mains etc complete as specified and directed

Supplying & fixing gun metal gate valve/check Nut Valves, screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI Marked, of 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Supplying & fixing gun metal gate valve/check Nut Valves, screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI Marked, of 25mm dia complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Supplying & fixing gun metal gate valve/check Nut Valves, screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI Marked, of 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Supplying and fixing, 80/50 mm bore MS flanges not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of GI pipe. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle ) tapers any type, collars,tail pieces,caps and plugs up to 150 mm bore confirming to IS: 9523 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle ) tapers any type, collars,tail pieces,caps and plugs 200 to 300 mm bore confirming to IS: 9523 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting CI/DI pipes and reducing to required length before laying, in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc for 250 dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of valve pit chamber in PCC (1: 5 : 10) masonry built in CM (1 :4) with 3.00 thick and locking arrangement including excavation and earth works , PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation PCC bed , coping in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, plastering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) , painting with one coat of bituminous black paint on all steel surface for size of chamber 1000 mm x 1000mm x 1200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock pump set of capacity 2 HP, suction/delivery - 50/50, discharge 430-250 LPM, Single phase, 230 volts all etc complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of DP sheet enclosure with DP MCB of capacity 16 Amps all etc complete.

Supply and laying of 2 Core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated round sheathed copper annealed conductor of voltage grade 1100 volts etc complete drawn through PVC conduit of size 20mm dia on ceiling/walls including saddle.

M & L for Cement concrete type B2 1:2: 4 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete for cutting of exisitng road and PCC hard standing for water mains of any dia and making road as per exisiting all as specified and directed.
