Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc, not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rocks, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directeed.

M & L dressed Porbandar stone masonary walling of squared walling in cement mortar 1:6,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Porbandar stone masonary in cm 1:6, brought up to courses except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered wall surfaces, applying two coats of colour wash on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel CRS bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel CRS bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups spacer and binder, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Form work rough fininshed to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc

M & L for Cement concrete 1:1/2:3 Type A-1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels and coping over as specified and directed.

M&L for brocken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified

Removing excavated soils exc. 500m and upto total distance 1.5Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia for weep holes in retaining wall complete all as specified.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

S&F of Framed work as in doors gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling AC sheets corrugated or semicorrugated fixed in roof covering including AC ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick fibre cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof covering fixed with L-type of J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick fibre cement serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheet fixed with L-type of J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to center) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyster paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in flashings made to shape of plain sheet (junction) of wall cladding and lower roof on annexe, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for of any description excluding form work (wind ties) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel sections confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater,wind tie, ventilating pipes, including bolts if required hooks(stay) and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Kerbs,coping, bed plate for hold fast etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing unserviceable water proofing treatment including taking down plaster, padding of any description and any position, cleaning, flushing out junctions of parapet wall washing down with water etc to prepare surface for new W.P.T including removing off rubbish at out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non accessible roof slabs by applying one coat of cold bituminous @ 1.2 kg/sqm and laying APP based polyster modified membrane reinforced non wooven polyster of 3 Kg/Sqm (minimum), 3mm thick with plain polythene finished by torch application and sealing all the overlap of membrane by torching thesame joints of membrane including applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L rendering 15mm thick,on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of weather proof anti fungal Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint on new plaster surfaces over a priming coat of same Emulsion all as specified.

M&L for mild steel works using MS Plate (Plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachemnt Gde Fe- 410-w (Gde-E-250) quality-A.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out old sealing compund around aluminium window/frame and filling with silicon sealant and making leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out / cutting out "V" groves on surface crack on plaster walls and rapair with crack seal sealing compound and making good the surface to the existing finishes in buildings upto 03 stories. The cost of scaffolding in deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate quoted. (Make of crack filler - Dr.Fixit / Durabuild / Shalimar by STP limited)
