SOR PART A: (HOT INSULATION JOBS)

Dismantling of hot insulation of all thicknessess aluminium / GI cladding work for all equipments and piping accessories etc. at all heights and locations including temporary scaffolding and staging wherever required, cleaning of insulated surface seggregating serviceable materials and transporting to site stores for reuse and dsposal of unserviceable materials to locations shown within factory premises etc. all complete and to be carried out as per the instructins of engineer-in-charge.

Supply and application of hot insulation material resin bonded, preformed rockwool blankets having a density of 144 Kg. Per Cu.M with 20mm hexagonal wire mesh made 0.71mm dia galvanized steel wire and stainless steel(for SS piping and equipment) as per spec. for equipments, tanks, vessels, pipes etc. at all heights and locations including providing temporary scaffolding staging, labour, consumables, tools, packages and required ancilliary items such as binding wire, aluminium bands, ring spacers etc., complete as directed by engineer for the following thicknesses.

a) 30 mm thick

b) 40 mm thick

c) 50 mm thick

d) 70 mm thick

e) 90 mm thick

f) 100 mm thick

g) 120 mm thick

h) 150 mm thick

i) 170 mm thick

j) 190 mm thick

k) 210 mm thick

Supply and fixing of 22/23 guage new aluminium/GI cladding over insulation works for tanks, equipments, vessels, pipes etc. at all heights and locations including all ancillary works like fabrication, cutting, bending, grooving, metering, using necessary screws, sealing the joints with suitable putty including temporary scaffolding, staging at all heights and locations.

Same as item No.3, but for fabricating and fixing once used cladding.

Supply and application of aluminium foil of 0.1 mm thick over S.S. surfaces, tanks, vessels, equipments, piping etc., with 50 mm overlap at all joints before insulation, binding with SS binding wire, sealing joints with barium chromate primer complete as directed at all levels.

Supply of 'Thermobond' for thermonization of steam tracer lines of approved quality at all levels.

Application of Thermobond for thermonization of steam tracer lines at all levels.

Supply and application of hot insulation over valve bodies including fabricating and fixing 22/23/24 guage SWG aluminium/GI cladding with inside LRB (144 Kg. Per Cu.M) of thickness upto 210mm including all consumables, accessories, temporary scaffolding, cost of labour and aluminium sheet and other materials etc., for complete job at all levels.

a) For valves of size upto and including 6" dia pipe

b) For valves size above 6" dia and upto 12" dia pipe

c) For valves of size above 12" dia upto and including 18" dia

d) For valves of size above 18" dia upto and including 24" dia pipe

e) For valves of size above 24" dia upto and including 34" dia pipe

Removing of aluminium cladding from the existing vessels, heat exchangers, tanks etc., removing damaged hot insulation, vapour barrier including supply and providing minimum 6mm thk. insulataion reassembling the cold insulation in single or multiple layers, filling the gaps, providing and fixing glass cloth and TIKI FLASH including temporary scaffolding, labour, consumables, refixing available aluminium/GI sheeting, aluminium bands etc., complete as directed by engineer

Supplying skilled/semi skilled/unskilled labourers to carryout maintenance/repair works as directed by engineer-in-charge with all the tools, tackles including contractor supervision and other incidental charges

Opening of Inspection pockets of 6" x 6" size in all thickness of hot insulation surfaces and closing the same after inspection etc. complete for all elevations.

Dismantling and application of insulation blankets over turbines,BFW pumps etc. at all levels with thicknesses varying carefully, cleaning the insulated surfaces and disposing unusable materials to location within the factory premises as directed by engineer-in-charge.

SOR PART B: (COLD INSULATION JOBS)

Dismantling of cold insulation of all thicknessess aluminium/GI cladding work for all equipments and piping accessories etc. at all heights and locations including temporary scaffolding and staging wherever required, cleaning of insulated surface seggregating serviceable materials and transporting to site stores for reuse and dsposal of unserviceable materials to locations shown within factory premises etc. all complete and to be carried out as per the instructins of engineer-in-charge.

Supply and application of cold insulation material prefabricated polyurethane pipe sections having density of 35 to 40 Kg. Per Cu.M. in single/multiple layers with staggering joint sealed with mastic, providing and fixing vapour barrier of minimum 6mm thk. over insulation material of 2 layers covering with glass fibre in between the layers a final layer of LRB mattress of specified thickness including temporary scaffolding, labour, consumables, providing SS bands etc., at all heights all complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Rate includes fabricating and fixing of 22/23/24 guage aluminium cladding.

a) For valves of size upto and including 6" dia pipe

b) For valves size above 6" dia and upto and including 12" dia pipe

Supply and application of cold insulation material prefabricated polyurethane pipe sections having a density of 35 to 40 Kg per Cu.M, fabrication to the required shape/size so as to make the supplied material usable for any other sizes of pipe sections and equipments, including all consumables, temporary scaffolding,min 6 mm thk. vapour barrier, providing SS bands etc. at all heights as per directions of engineer in-charge (aluminium cladding shall be paid seperately) for the following thickness:

a) 50 mm thick

b) 100 mm thick

Opening of Inspection pockets of 6" x 6" size in all thickness of cold insulation surfaces and closing the same after inspection etc. complete for all elevations.
