Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a one layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the single layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75mm (Seventy five millimetre) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 (Zero decimal two zero) to 0.25 (Zero decimal two five) kilograms per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. roviding and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant) producing an average output of 75 tonnes (Seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.4% to 5.6% (Five point Four to Five point Six) percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying 2.5mm (Two point five millimetre) thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals.
