Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor all as specified as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floor /paving even and smooth finish without using extra cement including necessary formwork to side of floor all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 75 mm deep x 10mm wide for hardstanding & similar work , filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Forming Construction joints 30 mm deep x 10mm wide for hardstanding & similar work , filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M/L for PCC precast solid block masonry walling (1:3:6) Grade C1 exc 10cm width /girth in CM (1:6) all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:6 brick or on concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note :- Included All corners ,angle junctions of RCC column/walls/beams/lintel and PCC block masonary at internal faces to be provided with circular grooves .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layer 1st layer of 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and second layer of 5mm thick in CM(1:4) with WPC @ 3% of by wt of cement on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.(WPC measured and paid separately).Note :- All corners ,angle junctions of RCC column/walls/beams/lintel and PCC block masonary at External faces to be provided with chicken wire mesh. ( Chicken mesh to be paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound .

M&L preparing new surfaces of walls (upto 15 mtr height) and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surface of wall ,and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint ( Weather Proof) Camoufaulage pattern having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Dismantling structural steel work of any description.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated,etc.)or steel sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats,gusset plates,wind ties etc of Fe410- W(GdeE-250) quality-B complete all as specified & as directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long Diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm.complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for RCC (Nominal Mix) Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers bressummers,lintel over 1.5 m span complete all as specified & as directed.

M/L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to lenth , bent to shape required , including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.complete all as specified and as directed

Ditto all as per item No 20 as above but 6to 8mm dia as in stirrups and links complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams beam , lintels, cantilevers, shelves etc with rough finished complete all as specified & as directed.

Forming jambs, etc, to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, tooting and properly bonding into work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A Fe complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, welded and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for two coat of sythentic enamel painting on new steel painted sufaces including prearation of surfaces10 cm width or girth incl one coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M& L for fixing of plaster chicken wire with mesh size 25mm from 0.9mm galvanized wire with rawl plug 12x35mm at 300mm c/c in column and with nails in PCC block masonary at 300mm interval as in plastering all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing in repairs of 4 core 25 sqmm cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor all etc complete as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for unwashed sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, type 2 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x40mm in trenches as protection to UG cable complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L cutting the existing road hard standing surface to a depth of 70 mm and 50 mm width and getting out for laying underground pipe including returning filling in watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil and filling the top 15 cm thick with PCC 1: 2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and finishing even and smooth without extra cement including despread of stockpiles soil complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Light grade”, including fittings 50 mm(2'') dia. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm' buried directly in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mts below normal ground level' and connected to earth test point by means of 25x4 mm GI strip all as specified and shown in electric plate No 5 including earthwork' PCC chamber , CI cover, protection and watering pipe, funnel, mesh etc all as required at site and all as directed

S&F 4 pole MCCB 63 Amp, 50Hz , 415 V with rupturing capacity 16 KA with MCCB enclosure with necessary clamping with wall all etc complete as specified and directed

Taking down sub main wiring of any size from the ceiling, walls etc and incl making good to disturb surface of wall match with the existing surface.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, DBs with MCBs complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 3 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 1.5Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH drawn through and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete including taking down old sub main wiring. Note: 02 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one RM for payment.

S&F in repair switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6,16A, 250V, 2P+earth complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing in repair flameproof/weatherproof LED flood Light Fittings 150 Watt complete all as specified and directed

S& F in repair/replacement of LED flame proof well glass in die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, 70watt , IP65 protected and including all accessories, connecting up with flexible copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm 3core covered with flexible metal conduit of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flameproof weatherproof distribution board aluminum die cast alloy in LM6 material sheet metal enclosure incl MCB 63Amp TPN(Incomer) and 12 Nos SP 6-32 Amp(Outgoing) terminal, wiring and incl all fitting accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix flame proof/ weather proof wall mounting fan, single phase,230 volt oscillating 450mm sweep, 0.25HP motor suitable for wall mounting with louvers complete all as specified and directed.
