Non Destructive Testing at various location on MODU SAGAR BHUSHAN

To Carryout Ultrasonic Test, MPI and Radiography Tests on Visit basis to the satisfaction of SCI/ONGC/IRS Surveyor.( Please note : Job is not Continuous , based on requirement Vendor will be called , within 24 hrs Vendor must attend the job.)

a) To carry out MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION (MPI) , any where on the Vessel MODU SAGAR BHUSHAN , any grinding or surface finish required must be provided by Contractor only ,including Extension Power boards, only Supply will be given free of cost. b) Minimum 10 Mtrs to 40 Mtrs must be carried out per Visit. c) IRS Certification of the Firm and Technicians is Mandatory. Relevant Documents to be submitted while bidding.

a) To carry out Ultrasonic Flaw Testing of Weld Joints , any where on the Vessel MODU SAGAR BHUSHAN , any grinding or surface finish required must be provided by Contractor only including Extension Power Boards, only supply will be given free of cost. b) Minimum 10 Mtrs to 40 Mtrs must be carried out per Visit. c) IRS Certification of the Firm and Technicians is Mandatory. Relevant Documents to be submitted while bidding.

a) To carry out Radiography Test of WELD Joints,any where on the Vessel MODU SAGAR BHUSHAN . b) Minimum 2 Spots to 15 Spots must be considered per Visit. c) IRS Certification of the Firm and Technicians and AERB Licence copy for carrying out RT is mandatory. Relevant Documents to be submitted while bidding.
