| 1Construction,suplying ,installlation, testing and commissioning of Zip Line (250m minimum length Double line) and Rope cycling by way of : Soil Testing/site inventigation(IS: 1892-1979): To Check soil factor of safety value against shear strength, permeability of soil, water table level,no trees in 8 meter vicinity, substrata rock layer depth, depth of exploration 1.5 times foundation footing width Including drawing and design including third party vetting from NIT srinagar incl. all parameters as per relevant IS Codes. Foundation and structure work (IS:1904-2021, 800-2007,IS:456-2000,IS:13920,IS:1893-2025 Part-1,IS:875 Prt-3): Main Structure members (Towers) to be solid IS standard section formed of required length and made of high tensile steel which shall have minimum yield strength of 354 Mpa and shall conform to the relevent IS standard erected in feasible type of footing as per the site requirements reinforced cement concrete of M 30 and all other required concrete and masonry work shall be as per standards and design approved by NIT Srinagar/IIT Jammu. Secondry structural Members : Purlins,girts,eave,struts,wind bracing, flange bracing , base angle,clips etc shall be cold formed steel members shall have minimum yeild strength of 345 Mpa and shall confirm the relevent IS standards and all other miscellaneous secondary members shall have minimum yeild strength of 250 Mpa or as per design and relevant IS Codes. Shop Welding: Shop welding shall be done using submerge arc welding machine or as per the guidlines of NIT Srinagar/IIT Jammu. Paint and Finishing: Gun Painting with Epoxy Paint (olive green) of approved brand and manufacture of steel members and wherever required complete. Safety Gears and Acessories like primary cable,zip line pulley,impact trolley,shock absorber,safety cable,braking system,emergency arrest system,rescue system,anchoring system,zip cycles,helmets,gloves,etc shall be as per relevant IS codes/ASTM/EU codes as approved by IIT Jammu/NIT Srinagar. Traning secession: Agency to impart Training to the official of WMDA for operation of the Unit. Safety Audit:-The safety audit of the zip line and rope cycling be conducted by Independent third-party inspection body for structure analysis,design validation,operation review along with periodic (Quarterly) inspection. Note: All of the above work/procurement is including of 1 Year Maintenance which shall be started from the actual date of completion, all taxes ,GST,POL and carriages , head load, design charges all inclusive complete job. | |||||
| 1.01 | A. Civil Works:- The job Includes excavation, PCC and RCC M25 isolated pad footings with pedestals for tower legs (8 No.'s) incl. reinforcement, anchor Bolts, back filling. RCC M25 garvity anchor blocks for take-off backstay and landing rear anchor (2 No.'s) buried with embedded anchor assembly. Plinth Protection, approach path and drainage around tower bases. B. Steel Structures (Fabricated mild steel, painted, transported and erected):- The job includes Take-off tower: 4-leg tapered 4.5m to 3.0 m, saddle head 3.0x3.0m deck, dog-leg staircase, handrails, gates. Land Towering: 4-let, 3.0x3.0m deck, staircase, brake-line frame, handrails, gates (STAAD report compulsory) Back stay and rear-anchor assemblies: forged eye plate,pins, bridle plates. The job also includes SITC of 900 GSM tensile fabric roofing for the both towers. C. Zipline System: The job includes Main wire rope (Make: severstal Metiz or equivalent) ( Construction:- 1xK43 (1+6+12+12+12) 18mm 6x19 IWRC, 1960 grade, pre-stretched, galvanised, incl. tails and spooling=470m. Termination and tensioning hardware: forged turnbuckle 16 t SWL (2), forged wire rope clips, havy-duty thimbles, bolt-type shackles, swage/spelter sockets. Manual dual-layer braking system: primary brake block on the main rope with bungee-cord retraction line and landing-operator control, plus secondary spring-buffered emergency arrest block, with brake frame and fittings. Head Rush Impact trolley with locking hook= 20 No. Rider PPE sets: EN 12277 sit harness, EN 12492 helmet, double lanyard, EN 12275 carabiners, gloves= 20 No. 2 Sets of walkie-talkie communication system. 01 No. Chain-Pulley block with tool-kit. Rescue system: Rescue trolley, haul kit, descent, edge protection, rope 450m Launch Gate, deck safety tethers, anchor points and operator stations (both decks).Complete in all respects Testing, commissioning, design, working etc complete job. | 2 | No.'s | - | - |
