Taking down carefully copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power, bell complete fitting such as sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, batten holders, regulators and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Disconnecting unserviceable sub main wiring / service connection of any size and including conduit and accessories and removing from site and making good the disturbed surfaces.

Taking down MCB DB's complete with MCB's / Isolator etc, removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, drawn through and including PVC casing caping complete with all PVC casing caping accessories and flexible conduit etc./ fittings ISI marked and sunk type pressed steel terminal switch box 1.6mm thick with bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3mm thick, brass screws and cup washers including 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated green in colour as continous earth conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly with all accessories complete all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one switch

Dismantling of complete Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep i.e. down rod with its Canopies, Shackle, Capacitor holding clamp , split pins, unscrewing the body parts of Ceiling fan, taking out stater, burnt winding, ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of stater with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. (b) Re-assembling complete Ceiling fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.,) shackle assembly , capacitor holding clamp, capacitor , gun metal bushes, ball bearing, three core flexible Copper cable, down rod and Canopies & split pins complete all as specified and directed to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc all as directed.

Taking down electric water heaters (geysers) of capacity 25 Litres storage type, disconnecting of electric and water connections, taking out inner tank from outer cover, removing the thermostat switch, geyser element and geyser assembly, cleaning the inner tank with anti scalant solution including thermostat, geyser assembly and heating element, testing the inner tank for any leakage and rectification by soldering / brazing. Re - assembling the geyser and mounting on the grouted bolts and connecting with electric and water supply system and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down solar water heater of capacity 200/100 LPD and servicing it by cleaning & descaling of make up tank, solar tubes using suitable anti scalent chemical disconnecting of electric and water connections and re assembling the solar water heater and mounting on the structure , connecting with electric and water supply system and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
