Transportation charges and transit insurance of 1No 14MVA Power Transformer from LJHP to factory site & back to LJHP after repairs including Loading/unloading, dismantling of damaged coil from the transformer.
Supply of copper for fabrication of 11KV & 132KV (LV/HV Coil) for 14MVA Power Transformer as per existing winding specification.
Fabrication and fixing of 11KV & 132KV winding coils for 14MVA Transformer as per existing specifications, including cost of insulation craft paper, pressboard, spacers, insulations, gaskets, and sundry items etc. Installation & reassembling of the core /coils. Baking in oven, including reassembling the transformer and testing at factory.(complete job)
Painting inside & outside of transformer body of 14 MVA Transformer , preparation of surface etc, appropriate primary coat with epoxy paint of two coats etc.
Providing & filling of fresh and filtered transformer oil IS:335
Installation of repaired 14MVA transformer at working site with the system including its site tests and commissioning at power house.
Providing & fixing of HV OIP Bushing 15KV, 800A.
Providing & Fixing of MOG-10
Providing & Fixing of Winding Temp indicator
Providing & Fixing of Oil Temp indicator
Providing & Fixing of Marshalling control Panel with all required accessories/contactors/ wiring/switches etc.
