1. Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC CASING & CAPPING INCLUDING accessories etc including fixed to wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire continuity complete all as specified and directed for :- (a) One light point controlled by one, one way modular switch single pole flush type (Point 2) (b) One 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board. (Point 4) © One 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on same board. (Point 6) 2. All as per item No 1 but with 2.5 sqmm. (Point 1) 3. S&F Modular socket 6A 5 pin 2 in 1 combined 2 module, 240 Volts. Make :-Anchor,Havells or equivalent. (Each 10) 4. S&F Modular socket 6A/16A 5 pin 2 in 1 combined 2 module, 240 Volts. Make :-Anchor,Havells or equivalent. (Each 1) 5. M&L for Wall mounted fan 450mm sweep , 240 volts osillating type sturdy & heavy duty aluminium blade for higher air dilivery, nickel chrom plated guard, smooth oscillation complete in exisiting wall etc. all as specified and directed by EIC Make: Havells / CG / Bajaj (Each 1) 15. S&F lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings all as specified and directed. (Each 2) 16. S&F LED Lamp, 0.5W (Red & Green) ,Type of cap B22, wide operating Range 140 V -280V, Input current 0.05A, color temperature Red & Green, Make- Havells cat part no:- LED Adore Lamp 0.5W B22 Red/ Green or equivalent in HPL / Bajaj/ philips / Orient/ Syska. (Each 2) 17. M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 650/1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-1536-1977 multi-stranded 6 Sqmm single core, copper conductor drawn through PVC Casing capping and 6 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI marked as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed(Note: Two runs of conductor with one run of earth wire will be measured & paid as one unit) (RM 25) 18. Material and labour for sub main wiring with four runs (four runs measured as one run) of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 650/1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS - 1536-1977 multi-stranded 6 sq. mm single core size copper conductor drawn through and including PVC Casing & Capping of suitable size with accessories fixed to wall/ceiling with proper saddles and 6 sq. mm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI marked earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. (RM 30) Note : Four runs of conductor with two run of earth wire and one run of casing & capping) will be measured and paid as one unit 19. S & F MCB distribution board made of sheet metal enclosures double door type (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof , SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar and copper connector and IP 43 protection, 220 volt , fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. (Each 1) 20. S&F MCB TPN in distribution board of the rating of 40 Amps Capacity, 'C' series, 10 KA . (Each 2) 21. S&F MCB SPN in distribution board of the rating of 40 Amps Capacity, 'C' series, 10 KA . (Each 2) 22. S & F metal encosure single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps 'C' series complete all as specified. Make : - Havells / ABB/ Indoasian. (Each 1) 23. M & L for Chemical earthing with copper earth late 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 50x6mm. (Each 1) 24. M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip of Copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm complete fixed to wall / chases or buried in ground or drawn through conduit in any position or any other situation, fixed over and including epoxy insulators with necessary fixture. (RM 10) 25. Supply & fix Test point termination block made of Gun Metal or phospherous bronze 75mmx75mmx25mm , drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8 mm dia , 25 mm long hex, head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Each 1)
