Supply and hanging /fixing in repair ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep AC Supply (Input Voltage Range ; 120 to 280V), BLDC type, 5 star rated, BEE and ISI Marked super enamelled, copper winding of 'B' class insulation, single phase, minium 26W (± 10%), Temperature rise 40 degree maximum without remote with and including operative based capacitive regulator, 03 No blades, down rod including accessories, white colour, total harmonic less than 10%, 5 speed, hanging in position including making connection with flexible cord three core twisted copper conductor of suitable size from ceiling rose to fan complete all as as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GE office name and Sereial Number as issued by Engr-In-Charge shall be written on fan with red colour permanent marker. Cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan 300 mm sweep single phase 230/240 V made of steel body with frame and louver shutter copper winding fixed in wall with nuts and bolts by making of suitable arrangement and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install 53 Litres capacity Desert Cooler PVC Body with superior Cooling Performance. Cooler Must deliver 5000 M3/ Hr air delivery and must have bearing motor for better performance, Honey Comb Pads. Motor Overload protection, 4 way air deflection, ever last pump complete all as specified and directed

Materrial and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC conduit/Casing Caping with all accessories concealed on the wall /roofs etc and incl provision of 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly incl fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheat concealed in the wall with 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover for mounting the One socket 3 pin outlet 5 amp on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch socket combination outlet 2 in 1, 6 Amps combination controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB’s single pole, 6 to 32 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB’s SPN, 32 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB’s TPN, 40 To 100 Amps, 415 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting complete all as as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 63 Amps, 16 kA, in existing electric panel with all necessary connections complete all as as specified and directed.
