Service charge for deployment of peronnel (in Rs.)

Only amount of Service charge (in rupees) on total billing amount (Rs.4,96,320/-) of monthly wages, EPF, ESI and bonus is to be quoted for deployment of 42 personnel. For details refer to NIT Document at Page No. 9. (i) Minimum monthly wages will be revised time to time as per order of Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal for all types of unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled and highly skilled personnel. (ii) Each personnel will get one weekly-off day. Engaged agency will make substitute arrangement for such weekly-off day. No overtime or higher rate of wages will be paid under any circumstances. (iii) Rate of EPF (employer’s share), ESI (employer’s share) and bonus will remain unaltered unless the same is revised by the appropriate authority. (iv) Rate of Service Charge [ Quoted amount of service charge X 100 / Rs.4,96,320/-] will remain same during the contract period with the lowest bidder. During calculation of this rate of service charge, figures arrived upto second digit after decimal will only be recknoed. (v) Qualified personnel having sufficient technical knowledge in the respective field is to be deployed only. This Department reserves the right to verify and assess the technical qualification and knowledge of any engaged personnel at any time and may instruct the agency to disengage any incapable staff. No compromise with the quality of service will be entertained under any circumstances. (vi) This Department will review periodically the necessity of above man-power, which may lead to downsizing of it in case of non-essential services at that moment or may occur its reverse in case of additional requirements of any particular service in exigencies.

Cleaning, Sweeping & Gardening

Cleaning and sweeping of open premises i.e. surrounding of the building including rear and front area of open stage, stage and attached green rooms & wash rooms (3170 sq. meter) [Rate should be includes of sufficient man-power, all sweeping and cleaning materials and equipments required. All standard quality materials to be used. Area may be measured further with the help of PWD in presence of L1 bidder]

Cleaning and sweeping of the whole building, floors, windows, doors etc. (Excluding basement & Ground floor) and daily cleaning of gallery seats, mopping of its floor. [Rate should be includes of sufficient man-power, all sweeping and cleaning materials and equipments required. All standard quality materials to be used. Area may be measured further with the help of PWD in presence of L1 bidder] 1st Floor: 973.43 sq.m 2nd Floor: 681.19 sq.m 3rd Floor: 777.7 sq m 4th Floor: 753.73 sq.m 5th Floor: 604.34 sq.m Gallery 1429.56 sq.m (Seats:1968 nos)

Maintenance of garden area of 925 sq.m [ Rate includes skilled man-power, necessary equipment, manure, fertilizers, plant-medicines, seasonal variety saplings , outsourced soil & sludge if required, watering etc. Area may be measured further with the help of PWD in presence of L1 bidder]
