The under me ntioned Job urgently required for smooth functioning of Cooling Appliances (a) Disconnecting and taking down defective split type AC capacity of 1.5 TR from existing different location carrying it to workshop for repair/ overhauling and servicing.Dismantling defective parts carefully and replacement of defective parts all as specifed and testing AC complete with the following :- (i) Overhauling & servicing (ii) Inspection opening washing the condensor coil and cooling coil with chemical followed with water complete (iii) Inspection of leakage of refrigerant in the system (iv) Checking the operation of blower motor condesnor motor for noise free operations (v) Oiling of condensor / blower motors and checking the earth continuity (vi) Inspection all electrical parts / connections and remove if any defect (vii) Checking the functional of electronic remote control complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. -02 Nos of Job. (b) Supply and fix new PCB Unit as per existing make and model for Split type Air condition 1.5 TR.-01 No. (c) Supply and fix starting capacitor 50- 55 mfd .-01 No (d) Supply and fix Running capacitor 3.5 to 6 mfd.-01 No (e) Supply and fix propeller fan for split type AC of capacity 1.5 TR indoor unit as per existing make and model all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.-01 No. (f) Supply and fix condensor fan motor for outdoor unit of any type of split type ACs of capacity 1.5 TR.-02 Nos (g) Supply and fix blower for split type AC 1.5 TR as per existing make and model. -01 No. (h) M & L for 3 core flexible copper cable of size 70/.0076 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.-15 RM. (i) M & L 3 core flexible copper cable of size 80/.0020 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.-10 RM. ( j) M&L for Gas charging of existing AC gas on system at site as per requirement for Split Type AC 1.5 TR including removal and replacement copper tubing of required size of liquid filter, capillary including testing on full load for summer season and all as directed:- 02 Nos of Job.
