Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings of any height complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 0.56 mm thick aluminium alloy colour coated roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper H*8 conforming to IS 737 and dimension as per IS Code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance and troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width 1092 mm, cover width 1000mm at all heights, levels and locations. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 60 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc, all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc.

Supply & fix of Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as directed by manufacturer on steel members including scaffoldings of any height complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for joist, channel, angle,or tee sections, or MS Flats fixed independantly without connecting plates,etc Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A (cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of length indicated) as in frame work for Galvalume / CGI chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of structural steel work in tubular/square tubular trusses including special shaped washer, gusset/bearing plate etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items i.e. ashlar facing dressing stone work, precast concrete articles etc of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches and pillars etc and disposing off rubbish) off the premises of cantonment

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Modular bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including curing,racking of joints etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 having ratio of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete / fair surfaces of block masonary finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and including mixing water proofing compound as per manufactureres instructions complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and Providing and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall to prepare the surface even and smooth. and Material and labour for two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers) by scarping with steel scrapers or any other mean and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Taking down of chowkhats / frames n exc 1.50 sqm each without taking off shutter each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of chowkhats / frames exc 1.50 Sqm but n exc 4.0 sqm each without taking off shutter each complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single piece extruded PVC profiles reinforced with 19 x 19mm MS square tube provided with EPDM rubber gasket weather seal through out the frame and the profile mitre cut at two corners and joined by inserting 2 nos 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm MS square tube inside 19 x 19mm MS square tube suitably screwed complete all as specified.

Supply & fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of size 15 x 15mm for top and bottom rails and 19 x 19mm for stiles, MS frame covered with 5mm thick single piece extruded PVC profile 'C' channel having a 5mm thick PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement, forming stiles, and 5mm thick single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc all as per manufacturer's instructions and drawings as shown in SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified.

The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M & L in repairs for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particles and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 200 gms per sqm and then laying 3 mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane weighing not less than 3.50 kg/sqm reinforced weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm laid by torch application method overlap while torching shall be 75 mm on length and 100 mm width side, all angles & bituminous should sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage all joints and changes should covered with CM 1:3 with water proofing chemical as per manufacturer's instructions and cured well before laying membrane etc and applying aluminium paint @ 100 gram / sqm on roof or vertical surfaces complete all as directed.
