M & L rendering 10mm thick, on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth with out using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces , applying two coats of colour wash on walls ,complete all as specified and directed .

S&F of Framed work as in doors gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instruction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instruction. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.
