(PANELLING) : Engagement of 1st Class Carpenter for fabrication, fitting, assembling and fixing of wooden Panelling, shutters, Planks and other joinery works using departmental-supplied timber, including cutting, planing, shaping, chiselling, drilling, fitting, finishing, labour, tools, plants and all incidental charges (excluding cost of timber and major hardware), Thickness of 12 mm or above, complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing approved quality premium vinyl/PVC washable wallpaper of approved shade, texture and pattern, having minimum 300 GSM thickness with paper/non-woven backing, moisture resistant, anti-fungal, stain resistant and scrubbable finish, fixed over properly prepared smooth wall surface using recommended adhesive, including surface preparation, cutting, matching of patterns, edge finishing, necessary tools, scaffolding, wastage and complete in all respects as per approved design and direction of Engineer In-charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm.

Providing and laying Vitrified Floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 500x500 mm

CERAMIC GLAZED TILES : Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Cutting holes of required size in brick masonry wall for fixing of exhaust fan including providing and fixing 300 mm dia PVC pipe conforming BIS-12818 and making good the same etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
