Removal & Refixing of insulation including cladding either damaged or required for repair works on PA,SA & FG duct walls, dampers, APH

Removal and refixing of insulation and cladding of water wall tubes around soot blowers and burner panels

Removal & refixing of Aluminium sheet on PA,SA & FG ducts, APHs, dampers, valves and valve piping etc.

Labour charges for replacement of insulation around valves and header pipes for attending repair works on boiler area

Providing of Scaffolding at higher elevation above the 15 Mts.for replacement of damaged insulation (Material Supplief by APGENCO)

Replacement of castable refractory at various locations of boiler, eroded portion of flue gas ducts, air-Preheaters etc inclusive of temporary approch and platform(all stages)

Screwing of Existing insulation sheets on ducts

The Contractor/Firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/Less on the above mentioned 'Estimate amount' duly inclusive of all the applicable provisions, as per Minimum wages Act and excluding EPF, ESI & GST, for carrying out the subject work during the year 2026-27, as per the scope of work attached to this schedule.

The statutory appliances of EPF, ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittance and limited to the Rates & Rules applicable from time to time. GST will be paid extra as per the Rates & Rules applicable from time to time.

If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer, will be liable for rejection.

The Successful bidder should submit the filed quality plan duly signing before issuing the LOA. The Field quality plan (FQP) signed by the awarded tenderer and the same should got approved by the Quality Control wing/APGENCO before commencement of the work and shall follow all the quality system procedures as mentioned in FQP in executing the subject work.
