Dismantling and taking down unservicable cross arm, channels and angle iron of section of various sizes and shapes, flat iron clamps, including nuts, bolts and washer and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cross arms, bracing, supports clamps, flat iron strips and back plates fabrication from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, MS pipe of required size and thickness for extension of height of pole by welding incl bending or welding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size as indicated or directed with and incl applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complet all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down unservicable pin/shackle type insulator of any type and size complete and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin/shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green of size 75mm height and 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts LT complete with insulator, 12mm dia bolts, washers and nuts, MS strips of size 31 x 3 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down all Aluminum/ACSR conductor/GI earth wire, guarding cradles etc. any size from existing OH lines incl disconnection as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing and strengthening of over head conductor (ACSR) on existing LT steel tubular pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and incl 14 SWG binding wire complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of existing stay assy any type/size from its stay rod, cutting stay rods (above ground level), dismantling MS clamps nuts, bolts, stay bow, loop insulators, stay wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stay assembly comprising GI stay bow 400x14mm, GI steel stay rod 1800mm long x 16mm dia with nuts, bolts, washers, GI steel plate 230X230X6mm, two nos thimble loop insulator of size 65X90mm clearance hole 16 mm and fixed to stay clamps galvanised stay stranded wire of reqd length fixed to pole with size 7/2.5 mm including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC work (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing drawing of GI wire 4 mm dia on LT electric lines including binding, jointing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening/restringing existing loose/broken conductor of ACSR/copper any type or size including strengthening as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening/restringing existing loose/broken continuous GI earth wire 4mm dia on existing LT over head lines including stringing as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in gournd ( earth pit not less than 2.25mtrs below ground level ) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 Part I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all-round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire, gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) duly reinforced with MS round suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 15mm dia 'light grade' upto 7.5 Mtr from electrode etc, complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 m from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch board & GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to Govt.

(b) Taking out complete mud/dirt and depositing the same to a distance not exceeding 500mtrs from the sump. (c) Cleaning the tank by washing the side walls and floor of the tank by using scrubbers. (d) Washing the tank using bleaching powder solution, removing sludge and mass from all the surface taking out the same until a clean surface is obtained, applying two coats of lime wash on walls, (e) Writing the date of cleaning at a prominent place complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning of complete sedimentation tank of capacity 30000 gallon and clear water tank 30000 gallon by carrying out following works all as specified and directed. (a) Dewatering of left out water from the tanks by pumping out existing contaminated water complete by diesel engine driven pump (b) Taking out complete mud/dirt and depositing the same to a distance not exceeding 500mtrs from the sump. (c) Cleaning the tank by washing the side walls and floor of the tank by using scrubbers. (d) Washing the tank using bleaching powder solution, removing sludge and mass from all the surface taking out the same until a clean surface is obtained, applying two coats of lime wash on walls, (e) Writing the date of cleaning at a prominent place complete all as specified and as directed. (f) Supply line from bedding / filter tank to main storage tank is also to be cleaned as per instruction complete all as specified and as directed, (g) The outer side/area of tank also to be cleaned.

M&L for Cleaning of pressed steel water storage tank of capacity 31250 ltrs from inside, extraction of all mud/sand/dust/algee deposits, making it free from algee growth by scrapping, washing with water and finally cleaning with bleaching powder incl general painting with synthetic enamel green paint outside of tank and Writing the date of cleaning at a prominent place complete all as specified and as directed.
