M&L for Servicing/ Health Check for 11 KV SF6/ Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Ring Main Unit, Load Break Switches etc. as Physical Operation check with Interlocks, Provide Lubrication as require, Check Tightness of contacts and etc. problem rectification including replacement of minor parts and wiring as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The make of existing HT RMU panel is ABB (Minimum - 2 To Maximum - 4 Feeders per Panel)

M&L for overhauling, checking of wiring system, replacement of minor defective spare parts, setting of tripping plugs according to the load, carrying out Complete checking like Insulation Resistance Test, Calibration with Secondary Current Injection Test, Setting, Relay and Control Circuit Test, CT Ratio check, for 3 Phase, 11 kV, 50 Hz, VCB based Panel for each way /circuit, tripping of system as per setting, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The make of Numeric Relay is C&S, Ashida.

M&L for Replacement of 90 degree lug boot for HT terminals on each phase for protection of the HT terminals from moisture/dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Self powered numeric relay for accurate tripping system and closing any opening of panel with necessary sheet and fixing, setting the relay for desired values and checking on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of tripping coil in existing 11 kV, HT VCB based RMU Panel with new tripping coil of same specifications and checking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of induction type CT over HT Cable of rating 40/1 Amps, Class 1, SP10, with burden 15kA as per existing model in ABB HT RMU Panel complete all as specified and as directed.
