1.01	Hiring of a dedicated 100 Mbps Internet Leased Line (ILL) for a period of One Year, comprising: • Dedicated, unshared Internet bandwidth of 100 Mbps (100 Mbps upload & 100 Mbps download) on committed access rate 1:1 basis, delivered through Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) up to the Organisation's premises. • POP Level Redundancy / backup last-mile connectivity of the same committed speed, activated automatically in case the primary link fails, without any extra charge. • Minimum 5 (five) static public IPv4 addresses. • Necessary Organization Premises Equipment (Router / Modem / Media Converter as required) to be supplied, installed, configured and maintained by the ISP free of cost. • The bidder shall terminate the link at the Organization’s Firewall. • Committed Network Availability / Uptime of not less than 99.5% per month, with defined latency and packet-loss parameters. • 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre (NOC) support with a ticket-based complaint logging and escalation system. • On-site installation, testing, commissioning and handover of the link, along with a web-based portal / dashboard for bandwidth utilisation and uptime monitoring. • Monthly performance / SLA compliance report to be submitted to the Organisation.	1	One Year	-	-
