Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring in PVC conduits for one light/ fan/ bell point controlled by one switch with 1.50 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts, using colour coding, drawn in existing any type of conduit/ new conduits, of any dia including all accessories concealed/ exposed, in the surface of walls/ floors/ ceilings and making good the disturbed surface matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, with and including sunken type pressed steel/ welded mild steel terminal box 1.20mm thick coated with anti-corrosive paint and with Bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3.0mm thick and including FRLS PVC green insulated unsheathed 1.50 Sqmm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Concealed conduits will be provided where ever required and cost of cutting, chasing and making good to surfaces shall be included in quoted rate.

Note: Concealed conduits will be provided where ever required and cost of cutting, chasing and making good to surfaces shall be included in quoted rate.

Lamp holder, PVC Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable sub main wiring with new sub main wiring in PVC casing/ caping of required size as per site for circuits/ submain wiring along with earth wire with two run of 4.00 Sqmm of fire resistance, PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable, multi-stranded, FRLS, ISI marked, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 4.00 Sqmm, FRLS, PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable, multi stranded, ISI marked, 1100 Volts grade as earth wire connected to earth terminal, using colour coding, drawn in and including any type of conduit/ new casing and caping, any size/ dia including all accessories concealed by chasing/ cutting or fixed with PVC plug and mild steel screws on the surface of walls/ floors/ ceilings and making good the disturbed surface matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of all three run of wire and one run of casing/ caping of required size will be included in quoted rate.
