Calibration of VCB / RMU relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB upto 90 % rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing unserviceable overload and earth fault relay including connection with power pack, opening out the trolly checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil, energizing of springs automatically including checking of TNC switch testing and commissioning after repair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out the representatives of OEM like CG, ABB, C&S (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished from OEM

M&L for maintenance / servicing of VCB / RMU11 KV, 400/ 630 /1200 Amps including removal of VCB trolley, cleaning of all copper male and female contact, tightening of all connections, checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, servicing of relays, etc. refixing the VCB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual / motorize operation of VCB, checking / setting of tripping system, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out the reps of OEM like CG, ABB, C&S (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished from OEM

M & L for taking down carefully Transformer / Isolation transformer of any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth / base, disconnecting HT & LT side connections, earthing strip of transformer, supporting angles, cross arm, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site to the workshop opening the top cover of the transformer, bushing, draining of oil from the transformer, lifting the core complete taking out defective coils from the core, cleaning the tank and reassembling the transformer after carrying out the repairs / replacement of worn out part, ovening the complete unit till to get desired megger value, transporting returning back to the site installing re-commissioning and testing of the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthings, supports / cross arms etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares, Rewinding of transformer,reinsulating & heating if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective Sch'A' items

Supply & Fix Top cover gasket made up of 5 mm thick cork sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix HT bushing, porcelain vitreous brown body suitable for 11 KV as per IS 3347 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix LT bushing, porcelain vitreous brown body 1100 V grade as per IS 3347 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix HT brass studs along with washers for one terminal 11 KV transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix LT brass studs along with washers for one terminal 1100 Volts grade transformers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Breather assembly complete with silica GEL complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Omkar / Kamal

Supply & Fix Temp level indicator including its bolts, nuts, gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding old / burnt out HT/LT coils by super enameled copper winding wire / strips of appropriate size of super quality as per existing material & size of transformer coils including, insulating, varnishing, heating, keeping coils in position, etc for transformer up to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-insulation of heated / weak LV coils of transformer by super quality insulating materials, heating, varnishing , etc complete to improve IR value etc complete all as specified and asdirected

Replacement of 90 degree lug boot for HT terminals on each phase for protection of the HT termainals from moisture / dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of complete power pack unit of 220 V / 110 V AC input and 110 V DC output fixed inside the HT VCB / RMU unit complet for back up of the tripping system of Circuit Breaker etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Lay Insulating Polymat ISI marked for 11 / 12 kV Installations in substations as per OEM specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Air Break Switch (GOD & DO) Triple pole, mechanically gang operated Air Brack Switch, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps, 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV / underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as specifeid and as directed.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV /underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm, extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration / Filtration of transformer oil / stabilizer oil / HT oil switch up to 630 Amps capacity of exisitng transformer / stabilizer of 30 kVA to 500 kVA installed at site / HT oil switch up to 400 Amps capacity installed at various locations, with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 40 to 60 kV during filling of oil, after intial filtraction, including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: contractor shall produce the transformer oil tests showing oil test results before and after filteration consisting of transformer details.

Supply & filling of transformer oil in transformer / voltage stabilizer in situ / at site for topping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40-60 kV during filling after initial filtraction conforming to IS-335 complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Make: Power/ Insole/ Universal. (ii) transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for river bed sand filling in trenches / ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning / protection to cable including spreading, leveling and punned to get thickness upto 18cm by hand punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

M & L unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS HV type I, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable, abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under cable for protection, breadth of cable cover parallel to length of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replcement of HT 11 KV 3 core 120 / 95 Sqmm cable in trenches / fixed to poles / wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( HT ), heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade 120 Sqmm x 3 core all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable cover shall be measured and paid separately if required

Taking out unserviceable / serviceable HT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the sizes of cables 95 / 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying the serviceable HT 11 KV 3 core 95/120 sqmm of size cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( HT ), complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable cover shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with orange colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "DANGER,HT 11 KV CABLE" to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block, placed at interval of every 30 M ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.
