S&F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 2 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

SOLAR WATER HEATER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Solar Water Heating System indirect type with heat exchange provision of capacity 100 litre with electric backup heater of 3 KW capacity per day at temprature 60 degree centigrade to 80 degree centigrade as per manufacturer's design suitable flat plate collectors having insulation of rock wool/mineral wool 50mm thickness at bottom and 25mm thickness on sides with toughened/tempered glass of 4mm thick and cladding with aluminium sheet 26 SWG, Insulated stainless steel Hot water storage tank non pressure capacity as per manufacturer's design of suitable gauge thick stainless steel plate (having insulation of rock wool/mineral wool 100 mm thick and cladding with alum sheet 24 SWG).

ITEM NO. 73.00 (Cont...):- Provisions of electrical back up with minimum 3 KW heating element including providing one No 16 Amps MCB 10 KA rupturing capacity in sub-main wiring with 4 Sqmm single core in PVC conduit tapped from main board , Heat exchanger shall be cage type and made of stainless steel tube, and Rotational moulded polyethylene Cold water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layer wall construction hoisted and fixed in position of same capacity with ball valve of suitable size with stands for collectors, staging of suitable height (for easy flow of water) for hot water and cold water tanks made out of 50x50x6mm angle iron with PCC (1:2:4) as required complete with temprature gauge 0 to 100 degree centigrade, brass gate valve in hot and cold water pipes, horizontal type strainer on incoming water line, complete all as specified and directed.

AVENUE PLANTS:- Digging of pit n exc 0.25 cum in any type of soil including removal and filling back the pit with suitable growing media like red earth by treating with farm yard manure in the ration(3:1) breaking the clads with wooden sludges and treating the soil with pesticides (ie Bavitin and neam cake, BHC 10% linson dust, thimment and Phorate, super and vermi compost) and making up the trench area to proper levels including supply and planting tree plants of species such as Durantha, Masantha, Christmas, Lanthana Althemetra, Neem, Gulmohr, Casurina, Ashoka and Palm tree as approved by GE and maintaining by regular watering weeding, gap filling with skilled labourers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineering-in-charge and maintaining for one year from the actual date of completion.

Ditto all as per item No 77.00 here in before but decorative plants eg Arakya, Golden King, Ficus Blakiyana and Champion palm complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in any type of soil upto 450 mm wide and not exceeding 450 mm depth and removing up to distance n exc 50 metre, filling back with red earth with farm yard manure in the ration (3:1) breaking the clads with wooden sludges15 cm thick soil treating with fertilizers and pesticides (ie Bavitin and neam cake, BHC 10% linson dust, thimment and Phorate, super and vermi compost) in ratio (1:3), planting of hedging and edging plants such as Golden Duranta/Acalifa Aspra (Red leaves), Acalifa Green, Acalifa Tricolour, Ferns, Shurbs, covers, shade loving foliage plants shall be of herbaceous, perennials, orchids flowerings alternanthera, acalepha varity, Agave, euphorbis, cactus, perium, monster, Schefflora, durantha plant, ficus, heliconia, dracaena, ixora, hibisus, asparagus, tapioca, caesaipinia, alamanda, yellow bamboo, area palms, seasonal annuals etc as approved by GE and maintaining by regular watering weeding, gap filling with skilled labourers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineering-in-charge and maintaining for one year from the actual date of completion.

Provn of MS tree guard 1.5 metre high above GL with MS wiremesh of size 78 x 37 mm and 2 mm dia of wire and MS angle iron 20 x 20 x 3 mm verticals (3 No's) & MS flats 14 x3 mm around the tree guard (3 No's) (top, middle and bottom) equally spaced and embedded vertical angles in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 including excavation in post holes and removal of excavated materials to a distance n exc 50 metre and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including one coat of red oxide primer to tree guards complete all as specified and directed.
