M&L for peparation, cleaning and removal of old bituminous/ concrete painted surface etc, exceeding 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of white/ black, golden, yellow, runway/ road marking paint, water based, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Shalimar/ Jenson & Nicolsan/ Berger/ Indigo/ Dulex/ Nerolac Paints (all first grade only) as approved by GE.

M&L for peparation, cleaning and removal of old painted surface exceeding 10 cm width or grith of runway controller huts, arrester barrier huts, wind sock base and TCP huts and the like and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour white/ black/ golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Shalimar/ Jenson & Nicolsan/ Berger/ Indigo/ Dulex/ Nerolac Paints (all first grade only) as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of old painted, plastered/ concrete surface and applying two coats of white wash over ORA portion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of any description and applying two coats of fluorescent paint of high visibility, having high reflective/ self eluminating finish on solvent based acrylic with fluorescent thinner (colour of paint - red, orange and white) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The pattern and colour of paint shall be as decided by GE.

Pumping out complete water with mud concentration and debries/ vegitation etc from SWT of capacity not exceeding 23000 gallons, manually or mechanically and disposing of liquid waste to low lying area (far away from the residential area) including taking precautionary and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F expanded metal, not exceeding 4 Kg (size of mesh SWM=75mm, LWM=200mm), cut to length, bent to shape required and securing with flat iron strip of size as directed including welding to steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/ stone/ concrete wall surfaces etc. of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floorings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, ISI marked of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agregates) as in coping, hold fast block and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork and finishing expsoed faces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick/ stone/ PCC block masonry work, built in cement mortar, including all quions, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduct credit for dismantled materials as per schedule of credit Rs. 91,950.00
