Design, Development, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and demonstration of interoperable and controller/interface system (main controller system at IAF station and the necessary controlling/ Communication interface at PSS) to switch off/on alert PSS Circuit breakers such that Wind Turbine Generators can be switched off remotely at two loacations in the Bhuj area, Gujarat, India including 5 years of warranty and O&M from the date of commissioning.
The cost of controlling additional pooling substations in the Bhuj area, as per the description of work in (1) above (The number of additional pooling substations as of now is 7, which may vary as per requirement. The financial evaluation will be done based on the rates offered for 1.1 & 1.2 together.)
