Laying of pipe line-CS (Non-IBR Grade) as per the scope of Work. Unit - Inch Mtr.

Welding of pipe joints-CS (Non-IBR Grade) as per the scope of Work. Unit - Inch Dia.

Flange bolting boxing up CS (Non-IBR Grade) as per the scope of Work. Unit - Inch Dia

Fabrication mitre bends/tees CS(Non-IBR Grade) as per the scope of Work. Unit - Inch Dia.

Dismantling of CS Lines - Dismantling of all types of pipe lines from different locations in the plant at different elevation, salvaging the flanges and valves etc. and segregating the balance material to dispose at HOC's scrap yard as per scope of work and instruction from Engineer-in-Charge. (Unit Inch Mtr.)

Providing Wrapping and coating with departmental materials on the pipeline. Scope including cleaning the pipe line using non sparking chisel and wire brush, applying the primer after melting the same in two coats by suitable brush, heating both pipe and coating material using blow lamp and wrap the pipeline with the tape tightly without air gap , transportation of wrapping materials from stores to site, preparation of material as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (Unit M2)

Pipe Supports/Saddles - Fabrication and erection of pipe support, full welded with pad plate, shoes, clamps, saddles etc. of all types and supply of all necessary equipments, consumables and completing work as per standard specification as per scope of work and instruction of Engineer-in -Charge. (Unit MT)

Excavation of all types earth using Machineries (JCB) or by manual method (in case of safety limitations due to underground cables /other pipe lines etc. ), at a width up to 2 meter and up to required depth to facilitate removal of existing fire water lines, de-watering if required manually or using pumps, and supply and paving of Crusher sand (M-sand) throughout the length and width of trench for a thickness of minimum 50.00 mm, backfilling after laying of new fire water lines , levelling, watering, ramming and disposal of excess earth as per instruction of engineer-in-charge by proving all labour, machineries, manual tools & tackles as per scope of work. (Unit M3)
