Manning and operation of central type (VRF drive) chilled water type AC Plant of capacity 2x300 TR consisting Chiller units of 300TR capacity -3 Nos (2 Running +1 Standby) bearing model No. 23XRV3132NRVAA9 of M/s Carrier , 7 Nos AHUs, Chilled water pumpsets, condensor water pumpsets, Hot water generator system for humidification & dehumidification, connected pipeline, valves, control panel and other connected accessories at INS Eksila for smooth and trouble free operation in two shifts (excluding holidays) complete and keeping an hourly record of the plant running and room temperature all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (OUTSOURCING :- Services of One Skilled and one semi-skilled operators for one shift of 8 hrs each. Note:- a) The contractor shall arrange the dry/wet bulb thermometer for recording hourly room temperature. b) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of minor servicing like greasing of bearings, replacement of glands, belts / rubber coupling etc. (c) Keeping neat and clean of complete installation area by grass cutting and removing the debris in and around premises. (d) Keeping daily record of Plant running hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of 3x34.5 TR (Make: Accel) capacity DX type AC plant including AHU, cooling tower, electric panels, pump sets and connected equipment at AC bay and 3x180 TR Central AC plant (Make : Voltas) of M-36 with connected AHUs & Coling towers, 2x16 TR and 1x11 TR (Make: Blue Star) Package AC units with indoor & outdoor units complete at INS Eksila (V) for two shifts of 08 Hrs each per day (Excluding holidays) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Manning and operation of mechanical ventilation system comprising the following equipment in two AHU rooms at Eksila complex, with minimum one operator for two shifts of 08 hours ( Excluding Holidays) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Out sourcing :-Services of Minimum one skilled operator per shift of 08 hrs) List of equipments. (a) Blower of 65,000 CFM, Make “ACCO”, type LLD – 3 sets, “V” belt driven with “KEC” make squirrel cage HYDP induction motor 40 HP, 415 V, 3 Ph 50 Hz. (b) Automatic viscous filters of capacity 1,20,000 cum per hour- 3 sets, make “ACCO”, model: AVF – 120 direct driven with 1.5 HP motor of “KEC” make, LT panel cubical type floor mounted indoor type with voltmeters, ammeters, indication lamps, starters etc. Note:- a) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of minor servicing like greasing of bearings, replacement of glands, belts / rubber coupling etc. (b) Keeping neat and clean of complete installation area by grass cutting and removing the debris in and around premises.
