Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including the pipe inserted in Man holes walls etc. for undermentioned drain pipes, including removal of rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following size :-

Material & labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following size :-

Material & labour for reinforced concrete pipes, 150mm bore, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for reinforced concrete pipes, 200mm bore, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for reinforced concrete pipes, 300mm bore, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm in width type C1 (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto-all as per item No 12 above, but except PCC blocks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on PCC block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only inetergal water proofing compound ( ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for manholes, chambers and for similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for drain set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix using (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, benching including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting salt-glazed stoneware drain pipe/reinforced concrete pipes any in position, including jointing socket end of new pipe to same with packed spun yarn and cement mortart 1:1 for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting salt-glazed stoneware drain pipe/reinforced concrete pipes any in position, including jointing socket end of new pipe to same with packed spun yarn and cement mortart 1:1 for 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and surfaces finished even for 200 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and surfaces finished even for 300 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Blocking up the entry of manholes/chambers of any size/depth and dewatering/pumping out or by any other means of effluent dirty liquid by 7.5 HP non clogging diesel driven pump (including necessary fuel and T&P etc) from manholes/chambers of any capacity and removing/collecting/transporting the effluent dirty liquid and sludge to distance exceeding 500 m and n.exc. 5 km outside the defence land area in covered/closed containers and cleaning the manholes with fresh water wards opening the inlet of manholes for re-use complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
