Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of maximum 60W all-in-one LED Solar Street Lights 100WP on street lighting poles with minimum 100WP Mono Crystalline Panel fixed on the top side of luminaire housing (Battery, charge controller and LED module should be integrated inside Luminaire). Maintenance free 42Ah LiFePo4 battery with minimum cycle life of 2000 cycles, MPPT charge controller with efficiency > 93%. Luminaire should have an Intelligent Pre-Programmed dimming profile suitable to provide 2 days backup. Luminaire should have IP65 & IK08 and have lumen output of greater than 9500 lumens at full power (System Efficacy> 160 Lumens/Watt). The LED chip used should be with lenses for effective light distribution. Solar panel, MPPT charge controller and luminaire should be manufactured in India only. The light fixture must be manufacturted in house (OEM owned facility) by OEM. Luminaire must have Green & Red indicator lights for showing charging of battery and low battery Voltage respectively. Light fixture must also have protections like Over-Charge protection, Deep-discharge protection, current protection, short circuit protection, over Voltage protection. The job further includes replacement warrenty of fixture (if damaged/burnt out whatso ever reason) for a period of 2 years reckoned from date of successful handing over of site to department. The solar lighting companies must have toll free base service network to provide immediate after sales service networks available in different districts of the state. Certificate of solar panel, IK08 and IP65 certificate complete all as specified and directed.
