1 Providing comprehensive consultancy services for obtaining DTCP Building Approval for proposed New PEB Godown Nos. 22 & 23 having a total plinth area of 61,808 sq.ft. at Central Warehouse, Trichy, including site inspection; preparation and submission of all architectural, planning and allied drawings/documents; coordination with registered Structural and Geotechnical Engineers; obtaining all required statutory No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from concerned departments, wherever applicable; liaison with DTCP and other statutory authorities; attending meetings; replying to all scrutiny observations; carrying out all revisions/modifications required by CWC/DTCP; resubmission of drawings/ documents as many times as required; obtaining final DTCP Planning/Building Approval; and submission of all approved drawings, approval letters and soft copies. The quoted rate shall be lump sum, inclusive of all professional fees, liaison charges, travel, boarding, conveyance, incidental expenses and all other costs necessary for successful completion of the assignment, excluding GST and statutory Government fees payable to the approving authorities, which shall be borne separately by CWC
